This paper focus Web 2.0 communication tool, generally a website maintained by an individual user or by a group of users with regular entries of commentaries, descriptions of events, videos, etc. In these approach significant intervals for each Website are computed first (independently) and these interval used for detecting frequent patterns and then the Analysis is performed on Significant Intervals and frequent patterns. We concentrated on blogger search in blogs – in particular, who are the top authors for blogs of a particular topic. All blogs and their interconnections are collectively called the blogosphere. In this paper, a new graph structure known as blogger graph is proposed in the blogosphere based on the bloggers information. Results show that we can identify the top bloggers with a high precision. We note that part two of Trevor Ruddell's article detailing the development of the rules of Australian football has been delayed until our next issue, which is due around Easter 2010.
