INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP • Create a collaborative learning culture • Understand the key drivers of school improvement and enable their application across the Trust • Develop and implement strategies for schools in different contexts and at different points in their improvement journeys • Determine the tight-loose balance on curriculum content and approaches to teaching and learning 8 6.
