(together, “Sabre”) by and through their undersigned counsel, answer as follows the allegations of the Complaint filed on August 20, 2019 (the “Complaint”), by the United States (“Plaintiff”). Except for those allegations expressly admitted herein, Sabre denies each and every allegation in the Complaint.
