Week of June 22-28,1990 STARGAZER - This Friday evening, June 22 is a spectacular time to see the thin New Moon cuddled up next to strong Jupiter. Look above the west-northwestern horizon where the sun sets. But you'll have to be quick as this spectacular Moon/Jupiter align- ment is visible only for the first half hour after sunset. By this Saturday Jupiter will have disappeared behind the Sun and the Moon will have moved away. The Jupiter/Moon conjunction is in Gemini-the sign of twins.
