St. David’s 24/7 Emergency Care and the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce were excited to host the 11th annual Lake Travis SpringFest which was held at the Hill Country Galleria on April 28th, 2018 from 11am – 7pm. All for good reason, as the event held up to be 'The BIGGEST time in the smallest town!' with record breaking attendance. Not every festival can boast a KidZone almost big enough to cover a football ﬁ eld. From bounce houses to obstacle courses and Joust! Thanks to the sponsorship of the Church at Lake Travis there was just that. While in the KidZone, the Lake Travis Youth Association celebrated 40 years in this community! The Lake Travis Book Mobile was on hand to share the joy of reading and numerous local businesses welcomed guests with fun activities for the young and young at heart! Visitors enjoyed live music performances, gymnastic exhibitions, a boat expo presented by the Sail & Ski Center, a Craft BrewHaus and WineStomp presented by the Ginger Man, and of course unique shopping provided at 100+ local and regional artisan vendor booths. With over 18,000 acres of crystalline water, Lake Travis is the largest of all the seven Highland Lakes.
