WILL the Minister for Public Works be pleased to state: (a) the status of the proposal of land acquisition for 800m3 GLR at Shantinagar-Ponda; (b) the status of approval to deposit 25% of amount to EDC on 23/9/2015; (c) whether the amount awarded has been paid to the affected persons family; if so, the date of payment; and (d) if not, the reasons therefor? SHRI RAVI NAIK FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE RECEIVED FROM THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT 2. WILL the Minister for Finance be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise details of the financial package/assistance received by the State Government from the Centre from 01.04.2017 till date; (b) the details of the financial package/assistance received by the Government from Centre under Covid-19 fund; (c) the details of the funds utilised; and (d) the total amount of loan and borrowings by the State during the years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021? SHRI RAVI NAIK METAL STONE QUARRIES IN THE STATE 3. WILL the Minister for Mines and Geology be pleased to state: (a) the number of registered metal stone quarries in the State with details such as name of the licensee, area of lease granted with address; (b) the number of illegal quarries operational in the State with their location; 3 (c) the action taken by the Government against illegal quarries with details along with name and addresses of illegal quarries that have been raided; (d) the number of registered metal stone quarries that are operational in Valpoi Constituency; and (e) the number of illegal metal stone quarries that are operational in Valpoi Constituency? SHRI RAVI NAIK SEWERAGE PIPELINE IN PONDA CONSTITUENCY 4. WILL the Minister for Public Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of the work of laying sewerage pipeline in Ponda Constituency and its surroundings areas with date of commencement and status of the work as on date; (b) the details of the work tendered for Zone 1 A– Phase I, Zone 1 C– Phase II, Zone 1 C–Phase III, Zone 1 C-Phase I, Zone 1 A– Phase II, Zone 1 B– Phase II, Zone 1 B–Phase I with names of agencies that have been tendered the work, the total length in meters at the time of tender, the total length in meters at the time of execution with diameters, amount paid to each agency and amount due to be paid to each agency; (c) the total amount paid to all agencies till date; and (d) the total amount due to be paid to all agencies till date? SHRI RAVI NAIK ATAL ASRA YOJANA 5. WILL the Minister for Tribal Welfare be pleased to state: (a) the details separately for OBC, ST and SC category of the applications received for availing financial assistance under Atal Asra Yojana such as name of the applicants their addresses, date of application received, nature and status of constructions since inception of the scheme till date, (b) the details of the applications pending with reasons for pendency; (c) the total number of applications sanctioned; and (d) the separate list for construction of new house and repair of existing house with name of the applicant and amount sanctioned? SHRI RAVI NAIK COLLECTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE TAX 6. WILL the Minister for Town and Country planning be pleased to state: 4 (a) the total amount of infrastructure tax collected by the Government from 01.06.2017 till date with name of the Department collecting tax; (b) the purpose of collecting this infrastructure tax from the people that are building houses/ building; and (c) the details of the infrastructure provided under this scheme from 01.06.2017 till date? SHRI RAVI NAIK ILLEGAL HILL CUTTING 7. WILL the Minister for Town and Country Planning be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has received any complaints of illegal hill cutting since May 2020 in Quela Panchayat; if so, the details of the complaint, date of receipt of complaint, copy of complaint letter and survey number of the illegal hill cutting; (b) the details of the action taken by the Department; (c) the details of permissions issued under Rule 17A of TCP Act in since the year 2017; (d) the details of the applications seeking permission under Rule 17A of TCP Act from the year 2017 till date in; and (e) the details of the applications pending with name of the applicants, survey number, total area, date of applications and reasons for pendency?
