1) the Challenges and Achievements of 2014 2) the 2015 FUFA Objectives Members of the Media and fellow Country Men, I will address this Press Conference on two issues; 1) The Challenges and Achievements of 2014 2) The 2015 FUFA Objectives 1 - The Challenges: Human Resource Football, like all other activities of life, is operated by the Human Resource therein. The Human Resource required for creating the football product includes the; Coaches, Referees Players Administrators The challenge of insufficient quality and quantity Human Resource that has plagued Uganda for decades continued throughout 2014 Finance Resource Whereas there has been an improvement in the revenues, the game requires so much finance resources to cover the entire spectrum from the grassroots to the National Team. There are many activities that we did not execute at all or to the standards we require simply because we did not have sufficient funds Club Football Lack of Human and Financial Resources by the clubs has affected the professionalization and club licensing agenda. Consequently professional club football is still wanting.
