BIOGRAPHY Brian Sheridan is general manager of Bechtel Nuclear, Security & Environmental’s Defense and Security business line. He is responsible for a variety of complex and projects as well as the management and operations of advanced technology test facilities, including the Army chemical weapons demilitarization plants in and Kentucky, and the Ronald Reagan National Ballistic Missile Defense Site on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.

Previously, Brian served Bechtel in project and program management roles for the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project and the (now known as the Nevada National Security Site).

Brian left Bechtel in 2010 to work for BAE Systems, where he served as a general manager in the Intelligence and Security business line. He returned to Bechtel early in 2014 to head defense and security.

He was elected a principal vice president of Bechtel in 2014. He also serves as chairman of the board of Kwajalein Range Services, LLC, and serves on the board of Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC.

Brian worked at the Pentagon for the U.S. Department of Defense in a variety of leadership roles, culminating in service as assistant secretary of defense, special operations and low intensity conflict (ASD/SOLIC). He started his career with the Central Intelligence Agency in the 1980s as an analyst and case officer.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from College, a master’s of science degree of national security studies from Georgetown University in , D.C., and a master’s degree of business administration from the University of Chicago.
