Diptic Expres.Cat E3 La Generalitat de Catalunya millora el servei d’autobús entre Girona, Palamós i Palafrugell amb la nova línia que s’incorpora a la xarxa Girona - Palamós - Aquesta millora entra en funcionament el 9 de juliol de 2016, 3 Palafrugell conjuntament amb un seguit de millores de gestió i velocitat comercial. Inici: 9 de juliol de 2016 Aquesta xarxa està formada per 40 línies distribuïdes per tot Catalunya i la nova línia és la tercera que es posa en funcionament a Girona i la vint-i-setena línia a tot Catalunya. Les característiques de la línia són: Girona Estació d’autobusos Millora de l’oferta actual amb 6 noves expedicions diàries per sentit de dilluns a divendres feiners durant tot l’any i 4 noves expedicions diàries per sentit dissabtes, diumenges i Wi-Fi gratuït festius durant el juliol i l’agost. Més freqüència en hora punta. Autovia Velocitat comercial alta i competitiva: circulació per C-31 l’autovia C-31. Vehicles totalment accessibles, amb més capacitat i amb servei de Wi-Fi gratuït i premsa gratuïta a bord. Més intermodalitat: connexions amb serveis de transport urbà, altres autobusos interurbans, Rodalia de Girona, regio- Platja d’Aro nals, alta velocitat i girocleta.     Font Viva Lake: Font Romeu, France Canterbury Institute in Puigcerdá, Spain Sunday, June 10 – Tuesday, June 26, 2018 ● Two and a half week program in the Pyrenees Mountains (Border of France and Spain). ● Homestay with local family (9 nights). ● AM Spanish language and humanities classes, taught by Canterbury faculty. ○ Beginning and Intermediate Spanish (for students completing Spanish 1 and 2) ○ Intermediate and advanced Spanish (for students completing Spanish 3+) ○ Humanities class (Romanesque art and architecture, history of the region) ● PM activities, chaperoned by Canterbury faculty, with certified, local guide. ○ Hiking to mountain lakes and Romanesque churches ○ Swimming in thermal baths ○ Zip line, ropes course (optional) ○ Biking between mountain villages on architectural and gastronomic tours ○ Pastry making class in local bakery ● Weekend trip to Girona and the Costa Brava. ○ Dalí museum in Figueres ○ Beach in sea side village of Cadaqués ● Final weekend in Barcelona, chaperoned by Canterbury faculty. ○ Modernist Barcelona and Gothic Barcelona Village square: LaTour-de-Carol, France. Thermal Baths in Dorres, France. An attraction of the region is its natural, thermal (heated) baths. There are several in the area . Escola Vedruna is where we will have classes. It is in the center of Puigcerdá. Pastelería Cerdanya is where we will have Pastry-making class in Puigcerdá. Church in Latour-de-Carol, France.
