Bandet har spelat in i Los Angeles med producenten Markus Dravs (Arcade Fire, Coldplay, Florence + the Machine). Det är nu tre år sedan senaste skivan "Mechanical Bull" släpptes och tidigare i veckan har Kings of Leons fans fått kryptiska ledtrådar via sociala medier om nya albumsläppet med temat "...the walls come down".
