PBX « Linux - Asterisk - Trixbox » PBX « Linux - Asterisk - Trixbox » Objectif : Être capable : ✔ d'installer une machine virtuelle. ✔ d'installer Linux dans une machine virtuelle. ✔ d'installer et de configurer un PBX avec des boites vocales. ✔ d'installer et de configurer un softphone et un téléphone IP. Matériels nécessaires : ✔ 2 ordinateurs donc 1 avec une machine virtuelle. ✔ 1 téléphone IP. ✔ Le logiciel « Trixbox » disponible à http://fonality.com/trixbox/downloads ✔ Le logiciel « VMware-player » disponible à http://www.vmware.com/fr/products/player ✔ Le logiciel « X-lite » disponible à http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite.html ✔ Les procédures de configuration « Asterisk – Trixbox » et « X-Lites » situées sur le serveur Ubuntu. Pré-requis : ✔ TP « Machine virtuelle 'VMware-player' » réalisé. ✔ TP « Communication avec un téléphone IP » réalisé. 1) Schéma de la maquette. Mot de passe. Système (login) Mot de passe Linux (root) Washington72 FreePBX (maint) George72 Asterisk - Trixbox 1/3 LP Washington Comptes SIP. Numéro Nom à afficher Mot de passe compte Mot de passe boite X : numéro agence vocale 401X Brice 1401 2401 402X Fleur 1402 2402 Courriel avec message de la boite vocal, le numéro de l'expéditeur et l'horodatage. 2) Installation et configuration de la machine virtuelle. ➢ Si le logiciel « VMware-player » n'est pas installé sur l'ordinateur NEC : ✔ Récupérer le logiciel « VMware-player-xxx » présent sur un ordinateur amd de votre agence ou sur le serveur de fichiers puis lancer le. ✔ Ne pas choisir les options : Vérifier les nouvelles versions au démarrage. Aider « improve Vmware player ». ✔ Mettre uniquement un raccourci dans le menu programme. ✔ Redémarrer l'ordinateur. ➢ Lancer « Vmware player ». ➢ Sélectionner « Create a new virtual machine ». ➢ Sélectionner « I will install the operating system later ». ➢ Sélectionner « Linux » et « Centos ». ➢ Entrer comme nom de machine virtuelle « PBX-x » avec x le numéro de votre agence. ➢ Entrer une taille de disque de 10 Go. ➢ Sélectionner « Store virtual disk as a single file ». ➢ Cliquer sur le bouton « Customize hardware... ». ➢ Sélectionner « Network adaptateur » puis sélectionner « Bridged » pour avoir une carte réseau connecté directement au réseau. Cliquer sur « OK » et « Finish ». 3) Installation du système « Linux - Asterisk -Tribox » dans la machine virtuelle. ➢ Récupérer l'image iso « trixbox-2.8.0.4.iso » présente sur le serveur de fichiers. ➢ Lancer la machine virtuelle qui vient d'être créée. ➢ Cliquer sur « Change CD/DVD Settings ». ➢ Sélectionner l'image iso « trixbox-2.8.0.4.iso ». ➢ Cliquer sur « Restart VM » ➢ Cliquer sur la touche « Entrée » dans la machine virtuelle à « Boot ». ➢ Sélectionner le clavier « fr ». ➢ Sélectionner le fuseau horaire de « Europe/Paris ». ➢ Entrer le mot de passe de l'administrateur « Root » (Voir paragraphe 1). ➢ Sélectionner « Trixbox-base(2.6.18.164.11.1.e15). La version « xen » fonctionne avec un hyperviseur. ➢ Pendant l'attente, installer le softphone « X-lite » sur un ordinateur (Voir paragraphe 5). ➢ Après le redémarrage, entrer le login et le mot de passe du compte administrateur de Linux. ➢ Cliquer sur le bouton « I Finished Installing ». Asterisk - Trixbox 2/3 LP Washington 4) Configuration du PBX. ➢ Choisir des adresses IP compatibles avec le réseau de l'agence pour la machine virtuelle, l'ordinateur et le téléphone IP. Noter les sur le schéma de la maquette (paragraphe 1). À l'aide du document de procédure et des données du paragraphe 1 : ➢ Configurer la carte réseau du PBX. ➢ Changer le mot de passe de l'accès à la configuration par le web. ➢ Configurer le serveur SMTP pour l'envoi des messages avec : ✔ Url du serveur : smtp.free.fr ✔ Port : 25 ✔ Nom d'utilisateur : [email protected] ➢ Créer les comptes SIP. ➢ Installer les messages vocaux en français. 5) Installation et configuration du softphone « X-lite ». ➢ Récupérer le logiciel « X-LITE_WIN32_4.0_58832.exe » présent sur le serveur de fichiers. ➢ Installer le sans l'option de lancement au démarrage de Windows. ➢ À l'aide du document de procédure et du schéma de la maquette (paragraphe 1 ), configurer le compte SIP 401. ➢ Brancher le micro-casque. 6) Installation et configuration du téléphone IP ➢ Installer le téléphone IP sur une prise de votre banc. ➢ Réaliser le brassage dans la baie pour le relier au commutateur. ➢ Configurer le avec l'adresse IP qui a été définie et le compte SIP 402. 7) Mise en service. ➢ Effectuer un appel du téléphone IP vers le softphone. ➢ Effectuer un appel du softphone vers le téléphone IP. ➢ Rechercher le code pour entendre l'heure et vérifier que la voix est bien française. ➢ Composer le *97 puis 0 et se laisser guider pour enregistrer les messages d'annonce : ✔ Le message « nom » : « Bienvenu sur la boite vocale de « votre nom ». ✔ Le message de non disponibilité « Je ne suis pas disponible pour l'instant, veuillez laisser un message » ✔ Le message « occupé »: « Je suis déjà en ligne, veuillez laisser un message » ➢ Effectuer un appel sans décrocher et vérifier les messages d'annonce. ➢ Effectuer un appel vers un poste occupé et vérifier les messages d'annonce. ➢ Laisser un message dans une boite vocale. ➢ Écouter le message de la boite vocale qui a été précédemment enregistré et vérifier que le numéro de l'expéditeur et l'horodatage sont bien présents. ➢ Vérifier que le message a bien été envoyé à votre adresse de courriel.
