Tips To Make Your Official Notary Seal Photographically Reproducible

• The quickest, cleanest and easiest way to obtain a photographically reproducible seal image is to use the Stamp of Seal (Item 1011) in conjunction with your Official embossed seal which will be the most legible. • Another alternative is to use the Seal Impression Inker (Item 1019). Once the document has had your official notary seal embossed on it, this item can be applied to the embossed image to darken it so where it can be photocopied or faxed. • Blue Ink or another color besides black ink can be used on either product above to distinguish the original notarized document from a copy! • Last but not least, a pencil rubbing of the embossed seal will darken the image enough to be photographically reproduced.
