Qwik-Flo® Molasses Dark Product Description

Qwik-Flo® Molasses Dark Granules and Powder are unique products manufactured through our patented co-crystallization process. They are natural, free-flowing aggregates with the rich flavor, dark brown color and sweetness of refiners’ syrup and cane mill molasses. The distinctive characteristics compliment and enhance sweet and savory flavors, and add body and mouth feel to bakery, cereal, confections, prepared foods, soups and seasonings. Qwik-Flo® Molasses Dark is certified Kosher for Passover and contains no starch carriers or flow agents, and are ideal for use in liquid and dry conventional and natural foods applications. Low moisture content (less than 1.0%) results in excellent shelf-stable products which do not support microbiological growth. These ingredients are available in conventional and organic varieties.
