Sustainable Community Strategy The priorities are linked to the five broad themes of the Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS). In the absence of a Local Area Forum (LAF) in this area, the local priorities are not identified us- ing a Priorities workshop instead they have been out together using the Parish Council plans and common themes have been collated to develop a local area plan.
