The notices also invited public comment on the scheduling proposals referred to the expert advisory committees. The pre-meeting consultation periods were open for public comment for 20 business days and closed on 10 February 2017 and 3 March 2017, respectively.

If intolerant: azithromycin 1g od day 1 then 500mg od for 2 days Gonorrhoea Refer to Sexual and Reproductive Health Service. If patient will not attend contact TSRH team for advice. Gonorrhoea (sexual contacts) A full sexual health screen should be offered but antimicrobial treatment should not be prescribed without testing. Antimicrobial resistance is very high. DBL™ Aciclovir Intravenous Infusion is indicated in the treatment of Varicella zoster infections. When high dose intravenous aciclovir is followed by 6 months treatment with high dose oral aciclovir (see prescribing information for oral aciclovir) mortality and the incidence of viraemia are also reduced. Immune-compromised patients with Varicella zoster infections or patients with herpes encephalitis should be given DBL™ Aciclovir Intravenous Infusion in doses of 10 mg/kg bodyweight every 8 hours provided renal function is not impaired.
