Mr Mariusz Patrowicz holds an MA in Law. He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
An entrepreneur since 1989, in 2006 he founded the company Investment Friends S.A. which invests in higher-risk companies which require capital, including companies listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Mariusz Patrowicz directly holds shares of the companies: Agora S.A., Alior Bank S.A., ASSECO Poland S.A., Bogdanka S.A., Boryszew S.A., BZWBK S.A., NG2 S.A., Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., Enea S.A., Energa S.A., Eurocash S.A., Getin Noble Bank S.A., GPW S.A., Grupa Azoty S.A., GTC S.A., Bank Hanlowy S.A., ING Bank Śląski S.A., JSW S.A., KERNEL Holding S.A., KGHM S.A., Grupa LOTOS S.A., mBank S.A., Bank Millennium S.A., Netia S.A., Newag S.A., Orange Polska S.A., Pekao S.A., PGNiG S.A., PKN Orlen S.A., PKO BP S.A., PZU S.A., Synthos S.A., Tauron S.A., TVN S.A., and many others.
Since 2007, Mariusz Patrowicz has been actively involved in the capital market by investing in companies listed on the WSE including FON S.A., Atlantis S.A., Elkop S.A., Investment Friends Capital S.A., Budvar Centrum S.A., in many cases as a Member of the Supervisory Board of those companies.
He successfully invests in companies outside the public market. Mr Mariusz Patrowicz is the Chairman of the Securities Commission of Business Centre Club S.A., the President of the Association of Private Investors, a Member of the LEWIATAN Confederation, and an Expert of the Association of Listed Companies.
Mr Mariusz Patrowicz has no interest in a competitive company as a partner in a civil company or partnership or as a member of an authority of a joint stock company and he has no interest in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its authority.
Mr Mariusz Patrowicz is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court Register.
