FEAR Nobody is immune and there is no cure. Asymptomatic people are major drivers of disease. So we have to lock down and wear masks until everyone is vaccinated. Anyone who challenges this narrative is a danger to society. UNJUSTIFIED FEAR IN THE FACE OF REALITY A virus that presents high risk to few and negligible risk to most hit some regions. THE REALITY Few are susceptible to severe disease. There are several available treatments. Asymptomatics are not major drivers of disease. Currently, substantial effort has been made to produce successful and safe medicines and SARS-CoV-2 vaccines. To avoid more morbidity and death, a successful vaccine is important. Though some regions which deploy COVID -19 vaccines on the basis of protection and immunogenicity data alone, the aim of vaccine research is to obtain d irect proof of vaccine effectiveness in protecting humans against SARS-CoV -2 and COVID-19 infections in order to selectively increase the production of effective vaccines. A SARS-CoV-2 candidate vaccine can function against infection, illness, or transmiss ion and a vaccine that is capable of minimising all of these components may lead to disease control. In this study, we discussed the Bharat Biotech and Covishield Serum Institute of India's Covaxin - India's First Indigenous Covid -19 Vaccine.

This is the start of the much delayed annual town meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic which is being held in accordance with the applicable provisions. OK, we had a little computer malfunction there but we're ready to go. So let me start again. Good evening, my name is Mark Kaplan, Wellesley town's moderator. We have a quorum of more than 121 town meeting members logged in so I will now formally call the 2020 Wellesley annual town meeting to order. This is the start of a much delayed annual town meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is being held in accordance with applicable provisions of both the general laws of Massachusetts and the by-laws of the town of Wellesley. Before we get down to the formal business of the meeting, I want to recognize, and I'm sure I can speak for all of us when I say this, how much we have all appreciated the efforts of our first responders, our police, firefighters, EMTs, employees of the board of Health, other healthcare professionals, school and town employees and other essential workers especially those who work at the supermarkets and groceries in town for all of their efforts in support of our wegbeing during -- of our wellbeing during these last four months.
