Our report: a. addresses existing supply and demand, major development locations, and a competitive market analysis of the Study Area. b. recommends improvements and potential tenant mix; and where applicable, provides conceptual budget estimates. As an option, we are willing to expand our research and plan- ning effort to include the creation of site plans and conceptual renderings of any of our recom- mendations.
