However, the service copies of the Motion and the Notice advised parties in interest that they can obtain copies of Exhibits A, B and D by making a request, in writing, to counsel for the Liquidating Debtors at the address listed in the signature block to the Motion. (3442); Pacific Energy Alaska Holdings, LLC (tax I.D. # not available), and Pacific Energy Alaska Operating LLC (7021).
