Featuring the cream of Rick Davies’ and Roger Hodgson’s songwriting, Crime Of The Century was the first of the many peaks in Supertramp’s illustrious career; an album that had everything to prove, full of tunes that effortlessly straddled the world of pure pop and progressive rock. This 40th Anniversary edition contains the classic original album, remastered by Ray Staff at Air Studios, and a second disc features their 1975 Hammersmith Odeon concert, mixed from the original tapes by original on‐the‐night engineer Ken Scott, capturing the band on the verge of stardom, showcasing all of Crime, and also previewing tracks from the then‐as‐ yet‐unreleased follow‐up, Crisis? The 2‐CD package comes with a 24‐page booklet of photographs, and a new essay written by Phil Alexander, Editor‐in‐ Chief of Mojo Magazine, containing new interviews with Dougie Thomson, John Helliwell, Ken Scott, Bob Siebenberg, Roger Hodgson, and 1973‐1983 Supertramp manager Dave Margereson. As one of the cornerstones of British Rock, Rainbow, led by the never‐predictable but ever‐astonishing guitarist, Ritchie Blackmore, became synonymous with some of the most well regarded and popular charting Rock songs of the seventies and eighties. From the mystic and quasi‐religious ‘Stargazer’ and ‘Man On A Silver Mountain’ to the solid gold anthems of ‘All Night Long’, ‘Long Live Rock And Roll’ and ‘Since You Been Gone’, each year in the decade of Rainbow was marked by some of the best songs and performances captured both on record and in‐concert.

Passing through the band were some of the best the genre had to offer. Vocalists Ronnie James Dio and Graham Bonnet, bass player and producer Roger Glover and drummer Cozy Powell, each brought their individual talent to the table to record some of Rock’s best loved hard rock on those timeless albums and singles.

Ritchie’s modus operandi for the band seemed to be based on the mantra of ‘change for the better’ and in his constant pursuit for the next best thing, both the fans and even the band were never quite sure how long they were to stay in Rainbow or what plans were ever afoot. dThis le to a revolving door of members over the years which naturally contributed to insecurity and thus Rainbow’s instability. Blackmore himself eventually seemed to lose direction and would re‐join his previous band‐mates in the Deep Purple reunion of 1984.

Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn present their eponymous debut album as a duo, after many years of prominence as banjo players and composers in their own eclectic avenues. Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn is a front porch banjo and vocal album of new music, Appalachian murder ballads, gospel, chamber and blues; the culmination of a yearlong tour as a duo in 2013, following the birth of their son, Juno.

Béla, an icon and innovator of jazz, classical and world, with more multi‐category GRAMMY wins than any other artist (15 total), and Abigail, a formidable talent with triumphs in songwriting, theater, performance, and even Chinese diplomacy by way of banjo, turn out to be quite a fortuitous pairing with a deep, distinct and satisfying outcome. Project overview: Alcoa's Thank You EP has its roots set in setbacks. Defeater frontman and Alcoa mastermind Derek Archambault was informed by medical professionals earlier this year that he was in desperate need of a hip replacement. It sadly put any touring plans Defeater had to a grinding halt as Archambault continued to deal with pain and immobility in his hip and left leg. He humbly turned to his bands' fans for help and managed a successful fundraising project on PledgeMusic.com, offering a number of rewards in return. One of those rewards was a brand new, five-song acoustic covers EP from Alcoa appropriately titled Thank You, pressed on a limited number of CDs and available exclusively to his PledgeMusic donors. Bridge Nine then arranged to make the Thank You EP available on 12" vinyl. Thank You features covers of songs by some of the best in contemporary punk and hardcore (and coincidentally, friends of Archambault): I Am the Avalanche, Blacklisted, Make Do and Mend, and Elder Brother, and also includes a new version of Defeater fan favorite "I Don't Mind", originally off 2011's Top Heatseekers-charting Empty Days & Sleepless Nights. Depending on the variant, the one-sided record will also feature a screen printed or etched B-side.

Marketing information: The PledgeMusic campaign provided ample support and awareness for the initial release of the Thank You EP on CD, raising in excess of $50,000 for Archambault to get his surgery. Ex Cops, a nomadic duo featuring Amalie Bruun and Brian Harding, brings the hook-heavy blast of ‘90s alt-rock into a new era on their second album Daggers. Executive produced by icon-of-form Billy Corgan and produced by Justin Raisen (Sky Ferriera, Charli XCX, Kylie Minogue), the record rescues guitar-pop from the bedroom, returning it to the stage it deserves.

Formed in 2011, the group’s first album True Hallucinations, released in early 2013, was a critically-acclaimed collection of sprawling indie- pop. From the exuberant “Spring Break (Birthday Song)” to the band’s dreamy debut “You Are A Lion, I Am A Lamb,” the John Siket- produced record (Blonde Redhead, Yo La Tengo) was a genre-jumping opening salvo and its wall-to-wall guitars set the tone for their new album.

Daggers is a musical about-face, though. “We are not afraid of our favorite music anymore,” says Harding. “It’s pop.”

Billy Corgan, in addition to sharing the band’s love of ABBA and taking them to their first wrestling match, provided form and texture to the new tracks over a two week period in Chicago. The band then took the material to LA for tracking with Raisen and continued collaborating with artists like Ariel Pink, who co-wrote “Burnt Out Love” and features on “Tragically Alright.”

The result reinvents modern rock. “White Noise,” with its addictive chorus, merges guitars that could make your teeth ache and a motorik electronic pop pulse. The impeccably-produced “Teenagers” brings club-ready downtown pop to an anthemic peak, while “Black Soap” shifts shoegaze textures to stadium status and “Rooms,” one of the album’s emotionally-resonant ballads, packs a substantial punch.

‘In The Seams’ is the stunning second album from Saint Saviour ‐ the solo project of Becky Jones, previously lead singer with The RGBs and who fronted and co‐wrote the singles on Groove Armada’s Grammy nominated album ‘Black Light’.

Collaborating on this new album with Bill Ryder‐Jones (The Coral), it is a marked departure from her 2012 debut ‘Union’ – stripping back and laying bare the beautiful song‐craft of an artist clearly in her prime. Among the most powerful music to be captured on 78 rpm in America during the 1920s & 1930s are those recordings of black sanctified and gospel singing.
