Kalapatru Poperties Sales office Located in bandra kurla complex near MIG Ground, Mumbai. We obtained this project all because of our good workmanship & Past Proven Track record of maintaining deadlines as well as quality of the work.

Free standing angular structure was build for sales & marketing within compound of upcoming 30 storey towers. MIG was very challenging as well as very precious project. We started false ceiling work before constructing slab to achieve our deadlines.

Material like Marble, back painted glass, brass patti has been used to maintain its classiness & it is totally justifying the design. Full Height MS Black structure with glass puncture in it was enhancing flooring as well as ceiling.

A warm, relaxing palette envelops the space, with double height and central lighting element vadding drama to the reception area. Project was designed by Arc. Kunal Barve & he awarded by CWAB AWARD 2018 in the commercial category for the office Interior. Project is consisting of luxury reception lounge, 2 meeting rooms, VC room for presentation & provision of 6 sales workstation.

Aurionpro Solutions Limited Rabale, New Mumbai. ASL and MMS-Interiors are associated since past 10 years. Equation & understanding we shared that helps to acquire desired project execution.

1st project was Intel vision of 15000 Sft. executed under Arc. Anand Mehta & collaboration of P3 Architect Solutions & team CTDC). MEP & turnkey Solution has been provided by MMS-Interiors

Intelvision was merged to ASL in year 2015, expansion of ASL of 20000 sft. was designed by Arc. Nisheil Shetty and execution was done by MMS-Interiors. Considering new trend we opted open ceiling design & all ducts will be visible & colored in black. Bright colors on particular area was the main of the project. Design as well as requirement of the client.

This Office creates a calming ambience by way of simple materials Bright Laminate, attractive carpets & open ceiling with ducts running all over. In the same building we had designed & executed one more venture of ASL by keeping previous theme intact. Full height glass partition with aluminum white anodized was designed to get full and open view of the office. Colors has been added to get lively feel. Films on glass was a little spice to the meal.

We had used our in house Brand Modular Furniture Contour Series as per Project Requirement provision of 300+ Staff, Our Home Brand Neoteric Series Modular Tables for Employees being Installed.

All three Projects have been delivered, what was expected from scratch to fully operated office within 60days.

AYM was 2000 sft. Area extension to the fully Functional Office.

The Challenge was to execute this project without disturbing the existing working office therefore whole execution was done after office hours and on weekends, Reception, Conference Room, Lobbies was under our scope of work.

It was Turnkey interior Contracting Project excluding MEP services which we executed this project in 60days.

Collaboration and productive discussions were the key notes for the design that translated into conference room with the carpet & ceiling in different pattern, grey carpet and white ceiling with acrylic covered through & through lights to give an unrestricted feel. Galaxy Freight Pvt Ltd. Andheri Mumbai Arc. Naushil Hansraj has shown trust in MMS with his previous work experience of Mr. Rao Bunglow and he gave us an opportunity to work with him on 2,500 Sq. ft Commercial Project called Galaxy Freight Pvt. Ltd.

Lights was the main component of the project. Angular ceiling, cross pattern on walls, slanted Reception table was giving special impact to the office. Corian, Marble & wood was merging well together to highlight Reception area. Subtle look was maintain in staff area, combination of white oak and adding to that green color was used for pinup board.

Galaxy Freight Pvt Ltd. Area: 2,500 Sq. Ft. Completed: 60 days Architect Naushil Hansraj

A minimalist approach established through the inculcation of crisp laminate table tops and contemporary seating options. First Source Project was Under Shapoorji Pallanji & Architect Vijay Punjabi.

Since last 20 years we are associating with SPCM as sub contractor.

This Commercial space was 38000 sft. & executed in 60 to 90 days.

Project quality & commitment of completion has been achieved in this project, this leads to seize their work of 420,00 Sq.ft. and 34,000 Sq. ft. thereafter.

Palladium Mall Lower Parel, Mumbai Palladium Mall is very huge & the most high end mall in Mumbai with luxury brands. Working on it gives gratification to MMS-Interiors. Scope of work - Carpentry & false ceiling. On every floor designed was required wooden panelling which was done by MMS-Interiors as well as Area called west court, Main Entrance & Atrium areas panelling constructed under MMS-Interiors. False Ceiling as per design & instruction has been constructed. Escalators cladding of wooden & ACP done with provision of scaffolding to achieve finishes without any casualty & we completed entire project very smoothly without any further obligation & allotted another project of Phoenix mall located in Pune. Palladium Mall Architect Niteen Parulekar Kalpataru Crest Lobby & Club House Bhandup, Mumbai Crest Club House was the first project of Kalpataru Builders (Residential Building) we executed. Later on Kalpatru assigned us Lobby work of the same project considering our work grade.

Civil, Carpentry, Pop & Painting work was assigned to MMS-Interiors. Premises was 25,000 Sft.

Chintamani Jewellers Prabhadevi, Mumbai Chintamani space was 3,500sft. located in center of Mumbai – Dadar. Arc. Aftab Bandukwala has given us opportunity to work on a prestigious project & well know brand of Jewellery. Chintamani have received Best Jewellery Design Award in the Year 2013.

Entire space was demolished & recreated with the excellence & briliance of Arc. Aftab Badukwala, Combination of Glass, Steel with Gold plating, Wood & marble has been used to maintain its elegancy. Design of balusters is the main attraction of the design & all critical as well as innovative design was handed over in 90 days.

Chintamani Jewellers Area: 3,500 Sq. Ft. Completed: 90 days Architect Aftab Bandukwala

Hospitality & Retail

DP Jewellers Indore, Madhya Pradesh DP Jewellers honoured with the most prestigious “MP Excellence Award “recently and many more. We are honoured to work with such Prestigious Client under guidance of Arc. Aftabtab Bandukwala V-Design Architect Pvt. Ltd. 12,500 sft. Space was executed with Complete Turnkey Solution by MMS Interiors.

Space planning was amazing part of the design. It justified each area contemplating its requirement. Little pinch of Gold platting in every item showcase its vocation.

Facade construction was done within 15 days by maintaining its quality, toughened back painted glass with gold plated flower on it with light inside gave classy effect at the end. Customised furniture such as chairs of various location was manufacture in our Mumbai workshop & exported to Indore.

DP Jewellers Area: 12,500 Sq. Ft. Completed: 100 days Architect Aftab Bandukwala We handed over DP jewellers in 100 days but this was truly possible because of Arc. Aftab Bandukwala & and Client Vikas Kataria. Residential

Penthouse project located in Karnataka around 12,500 Sq.ft.

Client requirement was to make entire house by following their tradition as well as good workmanship to avoid maintenance for next 10 to 15 years.

Entire house concept was Designed by Architect Nisheil Shettey in such way that Udupi culture was reflected in the design. Provision of double height drawing room with 5 lavish bedrooms and accompany of home theatre system.

Entire project completed within 6 months, high end material has been procured to avoid any further maintenance.

This residential project was executed by MMS in heart of Mumbai city Bandra in a very old building.

Forte of this project is we had done their project in 1989 & again client has given us opportunity to work on the project. Client has appointed An architect with whom we were dealing for the first time and we must say that our work has been appreciated by Architect & from then we had started our association with Ar. Naushil Hansraj. Entire project was completed within 100 days. Contentment of the client gave us more opportunities & we continued working for his office / guesthouse with belief in quality work.

Sea-facing Penthouse is Located in south Mumbai. We are continuously associated with Architect Abdulla Attari since 1987 from the day Mr.Mohanlal Mistry started his career. Forte of this project is the owner of house is an architect and she was really passionate about her house & given us an reference image of glass staircase with glass steps as well as hand rail, the detailing was innovative plus critical to achieve but with the good workmanship we Executed it really well. Execution of this Project was a bit critical in the Beginning entire slab of the house was having structural cracks & leakages 3 BHK residence which was converted into 4 BHK with attached washroom, studio room & drawing room with the provision of open Pantry. This project was located in South Mumbai with surrounding all high-profile personality & there was time restriction, legal obligation etc. We with the background of achieving Projects within the given Stipulated Time Frame Despite of challenges. This entire project was completed within 110 working days from scratch to the situation as presented. Client was happy with the outcome of the project & we are continuing further business.

Poonawala Guest House (Staff) Location: Mumbai Completed: 110 days Area: 1,200 Sq. Ft.

This 3bhk apartment maximises its tight spaces by way of an open plan and a uniform material palette create a calming sanctuary with pastel pops of colours creating pockets of surprise. This was our very 1st Project to get published in society interiors magazine for best luxury residence project.

We executed entire residence work within 6month of time which includes demolition of existing & restructuring entire house as per architect’s layout.
