Corporate Kalapatru Poperties Sales office Located in bandra kurla complex near MIG Ground, Mumbai. We obtained this project all because of our good workmanship & Past Proven Track record of maintaining deadlines as well as quality of the work. Free standing angular structure was build for sales & marketing within compound of upcoming 30 storey towers. MIG was very challenging as well as very precious project. We started false ceiling work before constructing slab to achieve our deadlines. Material like Marble, back painted glass, brass patti has been used to maintain its classiness & it is totally justifying the design. Full Height MS Black structure with glass puncture in it was enhancing flooring as well as ceiling. A warm, relaxing palette envelops the space, with double height and central lighting element vadding drama to the reception area. Project was designed by Arc. Equation & understanding we shared that helps to acquire desired project execution. 1st project was Intel vision of 15000 Sft. executed under Arc. Anand Mehta & collaboration of P3 Architect Solutions & team CTDC). MEP & turnkey Solution has been provided by MMS-Interiors Intelvision was merged to ASL in year 2015, expansion of ASL of 20000 sft. was designed by Arc. Nisheil Shetty and execution was done by MMS-Interiors. Considering new trend we opted open ceiling design & all ducts will be visible & colored in black. Bright colors on particular area was the main of the project. Design as well as requirement of the client. This Office creates a calming ambience by way of simple materials Bright Laminate, attractive carpets & open ceiling with ducts running all over. In the same building we had designed & executed one more venture of ASL by keeping previous theme intact. Full height glass partition with aluminum white anodized was designed to get full and open view of the office. Colors has been added to get lively feel. Films on glass was a little spice to the meal. We had used our in house Brand Modular Furniture Contour Series as per Project Requirement provision of 300+ Staff, Our Home Brand Neoteric Series Modular Tables for Employees being Installed. The Challenge was to execute this project without disturbing the existing working office therefore whole execution was done after office hours and on weekends, Reception, Conference Room, Lobbies was under our scope of work. It was Turnkey interior Contracting Project excluding MEP services which we executed this project in 60days. AYM SYNTEX Limited Area: 25,000 Sq. Ft. Architect Mr Vipul Mujumdar Collaboration and productive discussions were the key notes for the design that translated into conference room with the carpet & ceiling in different pattern, grey carpet and white ceiling with acrylic covered through & through lights to give an unrestricted feel. Ltd. Lights was the main component of the project. Angular ceiling, cross pattern on walls, slanted Reception table was giving special impact to the office. Corian, Marble & wood was merging well together to highlight Reception area. Subtle look was maintain in staff area, combination of white oak and adding to that green color was used for pinup board. Galaxy Freight Pvt Ltd. Area: 2,500 Sq. Ft. Completed: 60 days Architect Naushil Hansraj A minimalist approach established through the inculcation of crisp laminate table tops and contemporary seating options. First Source Project was Under Shapoorji Pallanji & Architect Vijay Punjabi. Since last 20 years we are associating with SPCM as sub contractor. IBM Chennai was the first project under their roof and thereafter on strong belief This Commercial space was 38000 sft. & executed in 60 to 90 days. Project quality & commitment of completion has been achieved in this project, this leads to seize their work of 420,00 Sq.ft. and 34,000 Sq. ft. thereafter. First Source Area: 38,000 Sq. Ft. Scope of work - Carpentry & false ceiling. On every floor designed was required wooden panelling which was done by MMS-Interiors as well as Area called west court, Main Entrance & Atrium areas panelling constructed under MMS-Interiors. False Ceiling as per design & instruction has been constructed. Escalators cladding of wooden & ACP done with provision of scaffolding to achieve finishes without any casualty & we completed entire project very smoothly without any further obligation & allotted another project of Phoenix mall located in Pune. Arc. Aftab Bandukwala has given us opportunity to work on a prestigious project & well know brand of Jewellery. Chintamani have received Best Jewellery Design Award in the Year 2013. Entire space was demolished & recreated with the excellence & briliance of Arc. Aftab Badukwala, Combination of Glass, Steel with Gold plating, Wood & marble has been used to maintain its elegancy. Design of balusters is the main attraction of the design & all critical as well as innovative design was handed over in 90 days. Chintamani Jewellers Area: 3,500 Sq. Ft.
