Concerns of the committee include insurance costs and monthly rental fees. Clause #5 of the proposed Lease Agreement concerning rent increase with written notice is also a concern. Operating structures of fitness centres in other communities was discussed. Commission based rent based on memberships was discussed as an option and is to be considered by McCreary Fitness Centre Inc. and a decision provided. The building’s structure and use of space was discussed.
