Breage . It is to be regrette d that the earlier Marriages at Ludgvan an d a d S ncreed were not entere in the register more fully . The ’ omi ssion of the bride s surname is unquestionably a serious defect . But it should be borne in mind that these imperfect entries are not nearly so worthless as they may appear at first . a o w sight To the gene l g ist , hen they furnish a missing a a an a an d M rri ge, they put end to further se rch , suggest the a s a a ma pl ce where the is ue of the m rri ge y be found . This is the inference he would draw where the imperfect entry formed one in a series of such entries .
