Public Participation – The applicant of PA20/06861 advised members he was unaware there was a disabled bay where the access to the new properties would be and has submitted a new amended design to CC. The Planning agent for PA20/04142 advised the application went before members back in July and CC advised they would not support the holiday accommodation and asked the applicant to submit revised plans on a smaller scale. The new design is a smaller annexe which would be solely for the use of members of the family and would have a condition tying it to the main dwelling.

The Neighbourhood Plan community questionnaire was distributed to all households in March 2017. All returned questionnaires were delivered to CRCC in July and input to Survey Monkey in August. The main findings from the questionnaire are identified below, followed by full survey responses, for further consideration by the group in order to progress the plan.     WENDRON PARISH COUNCIL TENDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATHS Introduction Under the Local Maintenance Partnership Scheme, Wendron Parish Council undertakes to maintain the Public Rights of Way within the Parish. There are 13.561km of paths classified as Gold and 67.927km of paths classified as Silver All Gold paths should be cut once a year: 7.235km of them should be cut twice All Silver Paths should be cut once a year. There are 24 stiles which should be cut back once a year: 8 of those stiles are cut a second time In the year 2017/2018 Wendron Parish Council cut • 12.812km of Gold Paths once and 6.985km a second time • 63.39km of Silver Paths • 24 stiles were cut once and 8 of them cut a second time Conditions 1. All clearance work is to be carried out to the satisfaction of Wendron Parish Council 2. The full width and sides of banks of footpaths shall be cleared by lopping, cutting and clearing vegetation and obstructions. Any growth from the top of the banks which may cause obstruction to the footpath shall also be cleared. A clear height of at least 2 metres is to be maintained over the width of the path. The presentation of all monitoring features into these catchment maps will assist in developing an integrated approach to catchment management and operation. The water quality monitoring maps and index were originally incorporated into the Catchment Action Plans. They provide a visual presentation of monitored sites within a catchment and enable water quality data to be accessed easily by all departments and external organisations. The maps bring together information from different sections within Water Quality. The routine river monitoring and tidal water monitoring points, the licensed waste disposal sites and the monitored effluent discharges (pic, non-plc, fish farms, COPA Variation Order [non-plc and pic]) are plotted. The type of discharge is identified such as sewage effluent, dairy factory, etc. Additionally, river impact and control sites are indicated for significant effluent discharges. If the watercourse is not sampled then the location symbol is qualified by (*). Additional details give the type of monitoring undertaken at sites (ie chemical, biological and algological) and whether they are analysed for more specialised substances as required by: a.
