Vache Gabrielyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, requesting certain amendments to the Agreement. We are pleased to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. SCHEDULE 1: Project Description Part 1 (a) is amended and replaced in its entirety to read as follows: Public Disclosure Authorized "(a) Provision of Investment Subproject Financing to Participating Beneficiaries to finance the carrying out of urban regeneration activities; including, but not limited to, restoration of public infrastructure, building facades and roofs, public spaces, museums, access roads, water and sanitation, drainage and street lighting all in the old towns of Gyumri, Goris, and Meghri, and the heritage villages of Areni, Tatev and Tandzatap." 2. APPENDIX Paragraph 38 is amended and replaced in its entirety to read as follows: "38. "Selected Regions" means the Borrower's regions of Ararat, Vayots Dzor, Syunik, Kotayk, Lori, and Shirak, and any other region acceptable to the Bank." Shahnazar Adventure Campsite The Shahnazar Adventure Campsite is situated in Hartashen, close to Goris, and offers hiking, camping, horseback riding, fishing, birdwatching, bonfires, and tours to abandoned villages nearby. Khustup Guest House The Khustup Guest House, based along the Legends Trail in Verin Vachagan, is a bed and breakfast offering a variety of adventure tours in the Kapan area. PEOPLE IN NEED ARMENIA Legends Trail E-bikes in Tandzaver Pegasus Tandzaver provides bike rentals, as well as electric and mountain bike tours to Tatev and to the settlements around Tatev. Restoration of the Legends Trail Our crew is working hard on the restoration of the Legends Trail. Thanks to our collaboration with the NGO Trails For Change and the Transcaucasian Trail, it will soon be easier to navigate the beautiful segment between Khndzoresk and Khustup. Hosting Travel Bloggers on the Legends Trail Travel bloggers Aram and Megan of Absolute Armenia recently explored the Legends Trail. They stayed at camping zones along the trail, and visited a number of the locations and businesses funded as part of the EU4Tourism project.

    MEMORANDUM-OF-UNDERSTANDING ARM: Public Efficiency and Financial Markets Program, Subprogram 2 -Consultation Mission, 17-26 June 2018- 1. Scope of the visit. A consultation mission 1 visited Yerevan from 17 to 26 June 2018 to: (i) Finalize the proposal for Subprogram 2 policy actions under the Public Efficiency and Financial Markets Program (PEFMP), and (ii) Undertake consultations to reach consensus and assess the Authorities' readiness to reflect agreements in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This would enable the mission to be upgraded to Fact-Finding status, quick-starting Subprogram 2 processing within ADB. 2. This visit followed the consultation mission that had been fielded during May 15-21, 2018, to (i) present to the new government and to the new senior leadership of the Ministry of Finance (MOF -The Executing Agency) the reform objectives of the ongoing Public Efficiency and Financial Markets Program (PEFMP), and (ii) seek guidance from the Authorities about the way forward for the PEFMP, including whether it still reflects Armenia's economic policy priorities. The Authorities re-asserted their interest and commitment to the reform agenda of the PEFMP. Through video-con and written communications after the visit. the Authorities confirmed the mission's Aide-Memoire of May 25, 2018, and the proposed way forward for the different reforms that was described in the proposed policy matrix. The consultation mission of June 17-26 was based on this premise, and worked with the various implementing agencies to refine the policy actions and necessary steps for its achievement, as defined in Attachment 1 -Policy Matrix.2 3.
