Sample Itinerary – Music in

Friday: Arrive in Paris

Upon Landing: Airport Pickup & Orientation After a long flight, we will meet you, guide you and start you off with a friendly face. Your personal concierge will be outside baggage claim with croissants and take you to your hotel via private car or via train/taxi through . Have sights explained along the way or learn the metro system if going by train. Once at your destination, your Concierge will also give you information about the neighborhood.

Early Afternoon: Take the afternoon to settle into your hotel and rest before evening activities.

Late Afternoon: Jazz in the Park During the warmer months, there are numerous opportunities to experience Jazz outdoors in one of Paris’s many beautiful parks. Your concierge will meet you at your hotel with a picnic lunch, and walk or metro with you to experience some music in the park.

Evening: Paris Night Lights, a Sunset Ride through Paris Paris is called the city of lights, and what better way to see it than at night. Your personal guide will take you on a night ride through the city and stop at all the best vantage points. At the Trocadero, get the most sparkling view of the reflecting off the . Pass by the monumental Pantheon in the Latin Quarter, then on to the Île de la Cité, an island in the Seine, to see Notre Dame and then a magnificent perspective of Paris from the Pont-Neuf. You’ll drive down the Champs-Élysées, stopping at the majestic —and if you wish, climb to the top for a superb view of the city. You’ll finish at Sacré-Cœur in , the highest point in Paris, to see it all in one gorgeous view.

Saturday

Afternoon: Jazz in the Park During the Jazz festival, there are countless opportunities to experience music all over the city. Your concierge will meet you at your hotel again, with a packed lunch, and accompany you to the best Jazz the day has to offer.

Evening: The fabulous Le Bal du Moulin Rouge, home of the French Can-Can, will delight you with its shimmering feathery costumes, unique music and dance from international musicians as well as a world famous revue. This is Paris at its finest, and the amazing high-energy show will leave you breathless and entertained.

Sunday

Morning: Master Pipe Organist – Saint-Jacques Saint-Christophe de la Villette You don’t have to be Catholic to enjoy this very special and unique invitation from our COO, an internationally award-winning organist, to listen to him play one of the most impressive pipe organs in Paris. Guy has been the acclaimed Master Organist for the St. Jacques - St. Christophe de la Villette Church in the for most of his life. He will greet you at the steps of this lovely neo-classical church, and bring you up to sit in the Organist’s loft during the Sunday service where you’ll be able to observe the Maestro play and watch the Catholic mass from ‘up above’. (Participation in the service is completely optional.)

Afternoon: The Philharmonie de Paris has given itself the task of rethinking the concert experience, placing it at the core of a welcoming facility that fosters all forms of music appreciation through education and recreation. Located in an up-and-coming eastern Parisian neighborhood, it is a bridge between the capital and its surroundings, and aims to be a gathering place for all.

Evening: Le Calife, VIP Dinner Cruise Dine on Le Calife, a 5-star cruising restaurant, through the heart of historical Paris. In a warm and unique setting, view some of the most famous monuments of Paris from the Seine: Notre Dame, The , Musée d’Orsay, , , and the Eiffel Tower. At sunset, the cruise (which lasts 2 hours) starts at the sound of the "Kromhout", the original twin engine from 1939. The welcoming crew offers a wide range of cocktails to start the party. Then, enjoy either a traditional French menu worthy of the gastronomic reputation of the capital or menus inspired by India, South Africa, Greece and the Middle East.
