Uwarunkowania organizacyjne w rozwoju kultury fizycznej w województwie koszalińskim w latach 1950–1975 Streszczenie W XIX i pierwszej połowie XX wieku tereny Pomorza Środkowego zamieszkane były przede wszystkim przez Niemców. Po zakończeniu drugiej wojny światowej na terenach ziemi koszaliń- skiej miała miejsce wielomilionowa migracja związana z zasiedleniem tzw. Ziem Odzyskanych. Szybkie zagospodarowanie i osiedlenie na omawianym terenie jak największej liczby Polaków stało się jednym z najważniejszych zadań po zakończeniu działań wojennych, w wyniku których omawiane tereny zostały znacząco zniszczone, w związku z tym brakowało bazy lokalowej dla przybyłych migrantów. Był to również znaczący problem w organizacji i tworzeniu struktur admi- nistracyjnych, w tym także w zakresie zarządzania kulturą fizyczną. One of the ways to achieve this aim is an application of the concept of ecologistics. While waste constitutes one of the main elements of ecologistics, it poses the most serious threat to the natural environment. The state’s ecologic policy for the years of 2002–2010 was a document to support the activities of communes aimed at environmental protection. Long-term objectives are to be realized within the framework of the Strategy of the Sustainable Development of Poland by the Year 2025. In this article, an attempt was undertaken of a critical interpretation of American and European views in this area. The possibilities of the optimization and polyoptimization of the behaviors of individual and group inhabitants in the context of logistics chains modelling were highlighted.

Ved Borggård nær Pedersker på Bornholm udførte Arne Thorshøj Nielsen (Geologisk Museum) og Kurt Klitten (GEUS) en lidt over 300 meter dybkernet boring som led i et projekt fi nansieret af Geocenter Køben- havn. Boringens primære formål var at vur- dere hydrogeologiske forhold i de “Grønne Skifre” (Broens Odde Mb i Læså Fm.) og den øvre del af Balka Sandstenen (Harde- berga Fm).   • Fossils from the Lower Cambrian of Bornholm

POULSEN FOSSILS FROM THE LOWER CAMBRIAN OF BORNHOLM Det Kongelige Danske Videnskabernes Selskab Matematisk-fysiske Meddelelser 36, 2 Kommissionær: Munksgaard København 1967 Synopsis A Lower Cambrian fauna from Bornholm consisting of 34 species is described. The ol- dest of the Lower Cambrian rocks, the Balka quartzite, contains trace fossils referable to Diplocraterion, Tigillites, and Skolithos, and in addition to these some worm remains com- parable to Byronia MATTHEW. After a hiatus follows siltstone („Green shales” of several au- thors) and Bispebjerg sandstone which represent one single cycle of sedimentation. The silt- stone contains a rich fauna which is essentially endemic. Two new genera and seventeen new species are established. The Lower Cambrian age of the siltstone appears clearly from the occurrence of Fordilla troyensis WALCOTT and Hyolilhellus micans BILLINGS. The Bispebjerg sandstone has only yielded a fragment of Hyolithellus micans and a single specimen of the trace fossil Cruziana dispar LINNARSSON. The conditions of sedimentation and the stratigra- phical position of the Bornholm Lower Cambrian are disscussed. The paper has been aimed at finding agrotourism development opportunities in particular municipalities of Western Pomerania district. A Drzewiecki’s method, comprising seven criteria scale for agro tourism attractiveness for each municipality, was used to valorise recreational space in there. According to Drzewiecki a rural or urbanrural municipality can be regarded as a rural recreational space only if three, out of seven criteria, are met. In case of Western Pomerania region, municipalities happen to meet the criteria of agrotourism attractiveness mainly due to small population density (89% of municipalities), high individual agriculture rate (52% of municipalities), and last but not least, high forest to overall area rate (47% of municipalities). Specifically, 41 municipalities shall be regarded as country recreational space since they meet at least three, out of the seven concerned, criteria. Country recreational space in the Western Pomerania district amounts to 10 700 km2 (47% of the total district area), which is inhabited by 206 000 people (12% of the district population). The area does not provide a compact space, though the agrotourism oriented municipalities tend to conglomerate in Drawskie Lakeland (namely Drawsko, Łobez, and Szczecinek counties), as well as in Goleniów county. Four criteria (maximum) are met, however, only by 14 municipalities of Western Pomerania (zachodniopomorskie) District, most frequently in Drawsko, Goleniów, and Stargard Szczeciński counties.

    Załącznik do Zarządzenia Nr 40/2019 Wójta Gminy Manowo z dnia 29 maja 2019 roku RAPORT O STANIE GMINY MANOWO ZA 2018 ROK 1 WSTĘP W tym roku po raz pierwszy władze samorządowe, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 11 stycznia 2018 roku mają obowiązek przygotowania i przedstawienia radzie rocznego raportu o stanie jednostki samorządu terytorialnego. Raport o stanie gminy Manowo opracowano zgodnie z art. 28aa ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 roku o samorządzie gminnym (Dz.U.2018.944 tj.). Celem przygotowania raportu było uzyskanie wglądu w sytuację gospodarczą i społeczną gminy Manowo. Raport zawiera informacje o następujących obszarach działalności gminy: - demografia, - finanse gminy, - działalność gospodarcza, - inwestycje gminne i inne zadania remontowe realizowane w gminie, - warunki życia mieszkańców (infrastruktura techniczna: wodociągi, kanalizacja, drogi, gospodarka odpadami), - zagospodarowanie przestrzenne, - oświata, kultura, sport. I. CHARAKTERYSTYKA GMINY 1.1. Położenie i powierzchnia Gminy. Gmina Manowo leży w środkowej części powiatu koszalińskiego województwa zachodniopomorskiego. Sąsiaduje z miastem Koszalin oraz gminami miejsko-wiejskimi Sianów, Bobolice, Polanów i gminą wiejską Świeszyno. Miejscowości gminy łączy sieć dróg krajowych, wojewódzkich, powiatowych i gminnych. Gmina oddalona jest od miasta Koszalina o 0,80-18,0 km (granice gminy) oraz ok. 15 km od morza. Granice naturalne wyznaczają: od północy rzeka Dzierżęcinka, kanał łączący jeziora Policko i Lubiatowo oraz rzeka Unieść, od wschodu jezioro Niecemino, od południowego wschodu rzeka Radew. Południowo - zachodnią granicę wyznacza część jeziora Hajka wraz z kanałem natomiast od zachodu rzeka Bagnica oraz kanały. W granicach administracyjnych gmina zajmuje obszar 188,57 km 2 , w tym 122,3 km 2 to lasy. Gmina jest jedną ze 113 gmin województwa zachodniopomorskiego, wchodzi w skład powiatu koszalińskiego.
