At registration you will receive an “HC In Bloom” yard sign that must be displayed in your front yard and visible from the road. You will also receive a one-time use coupon from Stan’s Garden Center for 10% off of plant material purchased. Coupon expires May 31, 2020. Three Garden Categories: 1. Resident Flower Garden 2. Resident Vegetable Garden (Annual and/or perennial) 3.
