Leider hat sich das Team seit dem vergangenen Jahr nicht mehr so weiterentwickelt wie von uns allen erhofft und auch der personelle Umbruch im Kader in diesem Sommer hat nicht die gewünschten Fortschritte ge- bracht. Nach den zuletzt unbefriedigenden Ergebnissen sind wir daher zu der Entscheidung gekommen, der Mannschaft durch einen Wechsel auf der Trainerposition einen neuen Impuls zu geben. Als Interims-Cheftrainer hat es unser U23-Trainer Valerien Ismael geschafft, in den ersten Trainingstagen Auf- bruchstimmung zu verbreiten und für frischen Wind zu sorgen.
