Global University Summit will be held within 2 days, on April 24-25th. Issues for discussion: Security issue is one of the principal problems in the theory and practice of international affairs and public figures. The concept of “health security” is closely intertwined with “national interests”. In turn, the processes of interdependence wipe out the line between internal and external, state and public interests. Domestic and foreign policy becomes closely related. Respectively, there are changes in the field of health security. The increased mobility of the population, rapidly increasing costs on health care and other problems in this field requires a comprehensive analysis of actions, policy, effective functioning of the health system, strengthening of the international cooperation role in health support and development of constructive measures in the fight against global health threats.

Issues for discussion: The drug problem is multifaceted: the illicit cultivation, production, drugs´ manufacture and sale, demand, trafficking and the distribution of drugs and psychotropic substances, including amphetamine- type stimulants and precursors and criminal activities related with drugs such as narco-dollars laundering. Nowadays, the drug problem becomes global and it is necessary to deal with it globally, combining the efforts of all countries in the international anti-drug cooperation where international organizations have a specific role. Within the section the participants will discuss the effectiveness of international cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking that will involve all regions in the world in the spread of common principles of international control. Besides, the participants will study the possibility of creating a single international legal framework for the fight against the drug trafficking and the development of new forms of international anti-drug cooperation.
