Importations Privées En Suisse Importations privées en Suisse 1. Point de la situation Cette notice traite de l’importation privée en Suisse d’une moto ou d’un scooter usagés de marque PIAGGIO, VESPA, GILERA, APRILIA ou MOTO GUZZI. Vous avez découvert par exemple une vieille Vespa à l’étranger et envisagez de l’importer et de l’immatriculer en Suisse. Avant de ramener ce véhicule en Suisse, nous vous recommandons de clarifier les points suivants. 2. Catégories d’importation Les règlements suisses d’importation font une distinction entre l’importation privée et les effets de déménagement ou héritages. Nous vous recommandons de clarifier la catégorie qui s’applique à votre cas avant d’importer le véhicule. - Importations privées: sites Internet des services cantonaux des automobiles. - Effets de déménagement ou héritages: autorités douanières, une admission facilitée est possible pour les effets de déménagement et les héritages. 3. Importation en Suisse Les documents suivants sont nécessaires pour importer votre véhicule à titre privé ou en tant qu’effet de déménagement ou héritage: - Justificatif d’achat. - Papiers du véhicule. - Le cas échéant, justificatif d’effet de déménagement ou d’héritage. Au passage de la frontière, sur présentation de ces documents, le bureau de douane vous délivrera un formulaire de rapport d’expertise (formulaire 13.20 A). 4. Admission du véhicule C’est le service cantonal des automobiles qui est compétent pour l’importation de votre véhicule. Vous pouvez demander à présenter ce dernier quand il sera techniquement en ordre et que vous serez en mesure de fournir les documents suivants: - Formulaire 13.20 A (rapport d’expertise) muni du sceau de l’administration des douanes. - Permis de circulation ou autorisation d’exploitation. Remarque: si les papiers du véhicule font défaut, les autorités locales peuvent exiger le cas échéant une confirmation de dépôt de plaques. - Déclaration de conformité de l’importateur avec l’homologation. La décision relative à l’admission incombe en tous les cas au Service cantonal des automobiles. Nous ne sommes pas en mesure de garantir l’admission. Le coût de nos prestations n’est pas remboursé en cas de refus du Service cantonal des automobiles. 1 / 2 5. Obtention de la déclaration de conformité En tant qu’importateur général, la société OFRAG Vertriebsgesellschaft est habilitée à établir des déclarations de conformité pour les véhicules des marques PIAGGIO, VESPA, GILERA APRILIA et MOTO GUZZI importés en Suisse par des particuliers. Si vous souhaitez obtenir une déclaration de conformité pour votre véhicule, veuillez nous fournir les documents et renseignements suivants: - Copie des documents du véhicule. - Si les documents sont inexistants ou incomplets, nous avons besoin des numéros de cadre et de moteur, des indications quant à la monte pneumatique et de diverses photos du véhicule (vue d’ensemble et détails). Veuillez faire parvenir ces documents et renseignements à: [email protected]. Pour toute information complémentaire vous pouvez contacter le numéro de téléphone *à paiement 0900 774 828 (* Montant CHF 4.50 p. minute) Si les conditions d’une mise en circulation en Suisse sont remplies, nous vous le notifions par écrit en temps utile. La déclaration de conformité de votre véhicule vous est ensuite envoyée moyennant paiement préalable. 6. Aperçu des coûts d’une importation privée - Déclaration de conformité CHF 324.00 - Plaquette du constructeur CHF 62.00 - Certificats de conformité (seulement pour l’exportation) CHF 324.00 - Coût du dédouanement à clarifier - Emoluments du service cantonal des automobiles à clarifier - Coût du certificat d’authenticité éventuellement exigé par le service cantonal des automobiles (carte FIVA voir http://fsva.ch/fr/carte-id-fiva) à clarifier - Coût d’une éventuellement remise en état à clarifier 7. Remarques concernant l’exportation - Si vous déménagez à l’étranger et souhaitez emmener votre véhicule, la plupart des pays vous réclameront un justificatif pour pouvoir le réimmatriculer. - Pour les véhicules construits à partir de 2000 et au bénéfice d’une homologation globale européenne, nous pouvons demander un certificat de conformité au constructeur (COC). - Pour les véhicules antérieurs à 2000 et pour lesquels il n’existe que des homologations nationales, nous vous recommandons de clarifier la situation auprès des autorités de votre nouveau domicile. Moveable Type 12 (2020) ‘This can’t be the scene’: Nostalgia and Representations of Mod in Quadrophenia and Absolute Beginners Jamie Zabel This paper examines critical commentary on The Who’s Quadrophenia as well as Colin MacInnes’ novel Absolute Beginners and other prose writing to locate the nostalgia for youth culture, specifically Mod, that these texts articulate. Additionally, this paper performs a comparative narrative analysis of Absolute Beginners and Quadrophenia which establishes that these texts speak to Mod/pre-Mod superficiality and its ultimate failure as a subculture rather that its potency as a subcultural form. As a result, a comparison of these two texts calls the nostalgia that the album particularly generates into question. * Introduction On the surface, Colin MacInnes’ novel Absolute Beginners and The Who’s album Quadrophenia tell the stories of young white men who find a sense of belonging and identity in the Mod subculture, a way to challenge an overbearing and dominant parental culture. However, in the end, both of the texts’ protagonists become disillusioned; the Mod subculture does not offer the belonging or sense of purpose that they thought it would.
