G4 Announces New Fall Programming Line-up

(Toronto – August 19, 2010) G4 gears up for Fall with three new series that will premiere as part of its 2010-2011 programming line up.

Brand new programs Check It Out, Childrens Hospital and Frankenhole join new seasons of hit returning series, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, Squidbilles, Aquateen Hunger Force, and , as part of the prime time ADd programming block on G4.

Check It Out, Season 1: Mondays at 9pm ET/PT starting Monday, August 30th Check It Out is as parody of as local market’s newsmagazines show starring Oscar-nominee John C. Reilly as Dr. Steve Brule. Each week’s our host Dr. Brule will introduces his audiences to local celebrities and interesting thing’s around towns as well a providings health’s and lifestyle tip’s. *grammatical styling courtesy of Check it Out

Childrens Hospital, Season 1: Wednesdays at 9pm ET/PT starting September 1st Transitioning from the Internet to television, Childrens Hospital is a new comedy series created by Rob Corddry (Hot Tub Time Machine, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart). Featuring an all-star cast, Childrens Hospital lampoons the medical show genre by exploring the emotional struggles and sexual politics of a group of doctors with supercharged libidos. The dedication of these doctors to their personal lives is relentless; interrupted only by the occasional need to treat sick children. No medical condition is too severe to distract these oblivious physicians from their primal need to flirt, gossip, make out, talk about sex and more, all in front of horrified children and their anxious parents. Frankenhole, Season 1: Thursdays at 9pm ET/PT starting Thursday, September 2nd Frankenhole, is a new stop-motion animated show from , creator of . Victor Frankenstein, the mad genius who mastered immortality, has also created an infinite number of portals (or Frankenholes) connecting his small, Eastern European village (that is teaming with monsters and supernatural forces) to every time period from the past and the future.

Squidbilles, Season 4: Tuesdays at 9pm ET/PT starting Tuesday, August 31st A family of inbred squids tears the ass out of all creation in this wild and exciting series. It’s not all drinking, brawling and reckless gunplay. Occasionally, they use crossbows. There’s also hate, love, sex, a multinational drywall conglomerate, cockfighting, the penal system and a deep-seated mistrust of authority, all told through the lives of a family of squids left behind when the pre-historic oceans receded from the North Georgia mountains.

Aquateen Hunger Force, Season 8:Thursdays at 9:15pm ET/PT starting Thursday, September 2nd follows the misadventures of three human-sized fast food items: Master Shake, the self-proclaimed leader, Meatwad, the stupid but adorable uncooked meatball who is constantly abused by Master Shake, and Frylock, the only member of the group with any sense at all.
