Kao izvore Dobro Pole), srpske, francuske i senegalske jedinice su najviše koristim memoare subotičkih aktera tih promena probile front,2 i tako je krenula najveća serija uspeha koje sam pronašao u biblioteci Istorijskog arhiva srpske vojske u modernom dobu. Kraj Prvog svetskog rata i uspesi Subotica je po merilima tadašnjeg doba bila relativno srpske vojske bogat grad, sa periodom poleta od 1867. godine. Jačanje i bogaćenje se odvijalo kao posledica raznolike industrije, Srpska vojska je na kraju Prvog svetskog rata bila jakog trgovinskog sektora i zbog naseljavanja nadarenih efikasna oružana formacija. Prema tome, ona je bila u obrtnika i industrijalaca iz drugih krajeva tadašnje dr- dobrom stanju. Istina je da je pretrpela ogromne gubitke žavne formacije. Grad je svoj prestiž dokazivao brojnim 1915. i 1916. godine, ali su je posle toga sile Antante reprezentativnim građevinama, a posebno izgradnjom dobro opremile, i kao odmorenu i organizovanu vojsku velelepne gradske kuće, koja je izgrađena između 1908. i poslali na ratište gde je, u tehničkom smislu, bila dobro 1910. godine. Ovaj centar lokalne vlasti je bio u punoj upotrebljiva. Tako je bilo i sa oficirskim korom. Oficiri funkciji od 1912. godine. koji su bili aktivni iskusili su ratovanja u Balkanskim Grad je bio šarolik u etničkom smislu, a njen osoben ratovima, a istorija Srbije je bila takva da je ona često rato- deo su činili Bunjevci, koji su u starijim spisima na vala i u drugoj polovini 19. veka, pa priprema oficira nije mađarskom nazivani „dalmaták” (u prevodu Dalmatinci). bila samo teoretska. At the Ambassadors Conference in London, Austro-Hungary argued that the involvement of Shkodra City was essential to the economy of the new Albanian state. Meanwhile Russia did not open the way for solving the Shkodra problem, Russian diplomats thought how to satisfy Serbia's ambitions in Northeast Albania, respectively in Kosovo Beyond those considerations of a political character, on 8 October 1912, was the youngest member of the Balkan Alliance, the Shkodra northern neighbor, Montenegro, that rushed to launch military actions, thus opening the first campaign of the First Balkan War. The Montenegrin military assault, as its main strategic objective in this war, was precisely the occupation and annexation of the historic city of Shkodra, a city with a big economic and cultural importance for the Albanian people and territory.

Abstract Mirdita, one of the most unified, most identical provinces of the Albanian lands, with a much defined status, in customs and traditions, in clothing and in popular law, with a special provincial cohesion, a name of pride for its inhabitants, began to appear as early as the Middle Ages, with different names, although it was the nucleus of medieval Dukagjini. In what is called Mirdita, in the broadest sense, in the Middle Ages there was an old local Arberian population and this has been proved by the numerous cemeteries, as common burials in one place, a place with agriculture, vineyards, trees, mills, which explains of a sedentary population and this is proved by the numerous churches and monasteries that have their roots in the Early Middle Ages and the body in the Middle Ages. Even today, migratory movements for different reasons are indicative that the people of Mirdita, wherever they are, preserve the memory of their province and consciously present themselves: "I came from Mirdita!”.     Public Disclosure Authorized Public Disclosure Authorized Public Disclosure Authorized Public Disclosure Authorized Environmental Specifications for Re-construction of Summarized Environmental Management Plan and Drinking Water pumping station in Dobrac Center for Environmental Impact Assessment Tirana, October 2011 Prepared by Introduction Floods effects in Shkodra city and its surroundings are getting to be more and more serious from 2008 to 2011. One of the negative effects in 2011 was putting out of function both drinking water pumping stations of Bahcallek and Dobrac. Dobrac Drinking Water Pumping Station is one of the main water distributors for the city of Shkodra. Interruption of electric generations of drinking water pumping station was combined by interruption of the drinking water supply for a good part of Shkodra quarters. That’s why an emergency intervention is planned in order to avoid flooding and prevent its effects as much as possible in the city. During the flood of 2011 this pumping station was covered by waters which have put out of the operation the electric generators. By this the pumps stop to operate and the drinking water was not supplied till the area was dewatered and rehabilitated. For this reason a technical intervention is planned to be implemented to avoid such additional negative effects conditioned by floods. Summarized Environmental and Social Management Plan elaborates the guidelines that should be respected by project implementer in terms of environment. Summarized Environmental and Social Management Plan consists of a short description of environment, the table of summarized environmental and safety management plan and environmental management program for construction and operation phase.
