Develop and strengthen existing supply chain strategies, frameworks and tools that are integral to Vanrx’s growth.

Lead, develop and support the overall direction for our Procurement, Sourcing, and Warehouse & Logistics departments. Provide thought leadership to support increased growth commercialization as it relates to supply chain and materials management activities.

Identify, manage and lead continuous improvement projects to achieve or exceed operational metrics.

Act as a key stakeholder in key initiatives across the company, advising on prioritization and design outcomes.

Define and establish clear objectives and expectations, routinely provide direct feedback for performance management and development.

Lead, motivate and mentor direct reports in achieving their respective goals.

Identify projects and recommend appropriate courses of action (e.g., discontinuation, outsource, process improvement) to maximize profitability and supply.

Who You Are

Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA valued and would be an asset.

10+ years of progressive experience within a technical manufacturing environment.

Experience in a leadership role within Operations or Supply Chain.

History of managing a complex global supply base, including Asian and European supply markets.

Strong knowledge and experience of international trade logistics, including requirements of commercial trade documents.

Understanding of ERP Systems and Engineering Change implementation processes, including data management is an asset.

Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvements.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Exceptional negotiation skills and proven ability to draft strategic agreements.
