2021 RP Funding Graduation Information TICKETS NOTE: This information with a floor plan will be provided when you pick up your tickets. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMMUNICATE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOU STUDENTS & PARENTS! Tickets are stapled in groups of four. DO NOT change these groups. There will be vacant seats in between families/guests in an effort to follow CDC/COVID guidelines. Assign each graduating senior a packet of tickets. Have graduates sign for the tickets received. RPFC has assigned seating this year that coincide with the tickets. PCPS Executive Staff will be available to assist with seating inside the arena. Assign the best seats available if possible. (A floor plan with seating areas will be included when you pick-up tickets.) Not all schools will have tickets for all sections of seating. (Tickets assigned based on the number of graduates times four. This information was provided by each school.) ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guests will have their ticket plus one for a guest to sit with them. (There will be up to 80 ADA seats available per school.) o Due to CDC/COVID guidelines, ALL tickets will be handed out in groups of four. o The ADA tickets are inclusive within these four. They are not extra tickets. o The Regional Office will provide each school with a unique paper punch to designate ADA tickets. o The assigned seat for the ticket used will remain empty unless used by the ADA guest(s). Example: Student will receive a complete packet of 4. Two in the packet of four will be paper punched designating ADA. Those two tickets are “used”. The seats matching those tickets will remain empty unless the ADA and/or guest decide to use them. They are not extra seats. Staff supervising and/or sitting with graduates MUST wear gowns or will require a ticket to enter. TEMPERATURE CHECKS and FACE MASKS ALL graduates, guests, and staff are required to wear face masks at all times at RP Funding Center. Everyone entering RP Funding will do a wrist temperature check at the door. Staff and equipment for these checks will be provided by the district. Anyone with a temperature over 100.0°F will be asked to step aside. o A nurse will be called to come assist at this point. o REMEMBER! This is not a required event. If someone isn’t feeling well, they should stay home. All RPFC events will be live streamed. HOLDING ROOM - There will be no chairs in the holding room. Graduates will be sent directly to the holding room upon entry. Please make sure graduates are supervised and remain in the holding room.
