Florida had the highest percentage of the AIAN population over 25 attaining a bachelor’s degree, at 20 percent, and Virginia had the second highest at 19 percent. The AIAN population over 25 in Mississippi had the lowest bachelor’s degree attainment at 9 percent, less than half the proportion of the White

Among AIAN owner-occupied housing units in seven Northeast states, the highest median value was in Massachusetts (the median value was $311,300 among 1,736 AIAN owned housing units). The lowest median for AIAN owned housing units was in Maine (median of $106,600 out of 1,379 AIAN owned units).
