Q1 Chair: Welcome to this session of the Welsh Affairs Committee, where we are looking at youth unemployment in Wales, specifically the proposed Kickstart Scheme and how that will be implemented in Wales. We have two panels this morning. On the first panel we have Ben Cottam from the Federation of Small Businesses in Wales, Philip Jones, Director of Prince’s Trust Cymru, and Richard Rigby, who is Head of Policy and Public Affairs for the Prince’s Trust.
