PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES: SCIENCE EXPLORATION AND RESEARCH CENTER- FEASIBILITY STUDY THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 16th day of January, 2018 by and between CITY OF BISBEE, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and Gallagher and Associates, hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant". I. SCOPE OF SERVICES Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, Consultant shall provide all material, labor and transportation as described in Exhibit "A" Scope of Services.
