    SAN FRANCISCO SOLANO I. Historia Hacia 1580, Juan de Garay, ordena la distribución de las tierras para quintas y chacras en la periferia de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, y entre ellas una franja que abarcaba desde la ciudad de Avellaneda hasta Berisso. Quiso premiar de esta manera, la lealtad y sacrificio de sus lugares tenientes, soldados y compañeros de ruta. Así, Juan de Garay cedió la merced de esas tierras a Pedro de Jerez, Pedro de Quiroz y Pedro Izarra. Una parte de las tierras se superponen con una donación a Antonio Aspitía. Durante mucho tiempo, estas tierras permanecieron sin explotaciones hasta la llegada de la Orden Franciscana en 1773, que la obtienen por comprar en 1721 al entonces dueño Baltazar Quintana Godoy. Otra parte se la donó Juan Ortiz en 1726 y en 1773 compra otra parte de las tierras a Félix de la Cruz. Los franciscanos usaron el terreno para realizar plantaciones conocidas como Chacras de San Francisco. Estas chacras se venden a Juan Rubio y en 1826 a Manuel Obligado. Las hereda su hijos Pastor (quien fuera el primer gobernador constitucional de Buenos Aires) y a su hija Julia Obligado quien se casa con Pedro Claypole. El 4 de diciembre de 1948 la compañía Tulsa compra una escritura traslativa de María Julia del Corazón de Jesús de Claypole y Obligado para realizar el loteo de estas tierras. El 15 de Mayo de 1949 se realiza el primer remate de la compañía TULSA en San Francisco Solano quedando de esta manera fundado el pueblo. Al momento de realizarse el remate, la Compañía TULSA ya había impreso suficiente material con el nombre del santo.

    G O B I E R N O DE LA P R O V I N C I A DE B U E N O S A I R E S 2020 - Año del Bicentenario de la Provincia de Buenos Aires Resolución Número: Referencia: EX-2020-05752186-GDEBA-DSTAMIYSPGP VISTO el Expediente N° EX-2020-05752186-GDEBA-DSTAMIYSPGP, los Decretos del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional N° 260/2020 y N° 297/2020, los Decretos N° 132/2020 y N° 165/2020, y CONSIDERANDO: Que en virtud de la pandemia declarada por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), el Presidente de la Nación dictó el Decreto N° 260/2020 a través del cual amplió la emergencia pública en materia sanitaria establecida por la Ley N° 27.541, en relación con el nuevo coronavirus (COVID-19), por el plazo de un (1) año a partir de su entrada en vigencia; Que mediante el Decreto N° 132/2020 se declaró la emergencia sanitaria en el territorio bonaerense, por el término de ciento ochenta (180) días a partir del dictado del mismo, a tenor de la enfermedad por el nuevo coronavirus (COVID-19); Que el 19 de marzo del corriente año, el Presidente de la Nación dictó el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia N° 297/2020, disponiendo, a fin de proteger la salud pública, para todas las personas que habitan en el país o se encuentren en él en forma temporaria, la medida de “aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio” desde el 20 hasta el 31 de marzo inclusive, pudiéndose prorrogar este plazo por el tiempo que se considere necesario en atención a la situación epidemiológica; Que a través del artículo 6° del referido decreto, se dispuso que quedarán exceptuadas del cumplimiento del “aislamiento
