Fletcher and the Delta Township Board FROM: Mary R Clark, Township Clerk SUBJECT: Hearing of Assessment for Otis Avenue Streetlight District Residents of Otis Avenue have petitioned the Delta Township Board for streetlights for a specific area of Otis Avenue. That hearing was held on February 15, 2021 and found to be valid with the required signatures. At that meeting a Hearing of Assessment was set for March 8, 2021.
