18 unit certificate • 60 unit degree Management prepares students for entry into or career growth within the logistics industry, and ongoing study of the field. Focus is integrated logistics, a necessity for management of cost and customer .

Required Courses (to earn certificate)

BUS-80 Principles of Logistics (3 units)* Management of business logistics focusing on integration of the various functions.

BUS-82 Freight Claims (1.5 units)* Loss avoidance, mitigation and resolution of freight claims.

BUS-83 Contracts (1.5 units)* Legal and regulatory requirements applicable to third- party logistics contracts.

BUS-85 Management (3 units)* Analysis of warehouse functions and management.

BUS-86 Transportation & Traffic Management (3 units)* Study of the freight transportation system and management.

BUS-87 and Supply Management (3 units)* Study of the purchasing & supply manager’s role in procurement of resources.

BUS-90 International Logistics (3 units)* Intro to the management of logistics in global business.
