PARTS DEPENDENCY MODELING . Description: From time to time, telecommunications break down and they need to be fixed. The main goal is to optimize the process of choosing engineers (5000+) for the tickets that are registered in the system.

. Result: We have implemented AI module that defines the most relevant engineers for solving the tickets basing on existing historical data. The module analyze the context of the problem described in the ticket, the previous experience of the engineers and suggests the list of most relevant candidates for fixing the problem. Model validation accuracy score has reached 78%.
