AND 2.2 The manufacturer/authorized dealer /OEM of any of the makes of major equipment included in the NIT. The letter of authorization from manufacturer in original/ photocopy attested by BSNL Executive will be submitted OR 2.3 BSNL enlisted contractors in Electrical category of respective class as per their tendering limits. OR 2.4 Experience of having successfully completed *similar works in BSNL during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following :- CONTRACTOR THIS NIT CONTAINS 109 NUMBER OF PAGES SDE(E) Page 3 of 109 Three *similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. OR Two *similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. OR One *similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. *SIMILAR WORKS: Repairing of air conditioning work. Note: (1) The credentials shall be self attested / certified by BSNL Executive / Gazetted officer / Notary. BSNL may ask to submit original copies of credentials for verification at any stage. (2) If a contractor is participating in more than one NIT on the same day & he wishes to provide only one set of eligibility document to be considered for all the NIT's, then he is permitted to do so. In that case he shall have to submit an undertaking in the first envelope of the NIT in which he has not submitted the eligibility documents mentioning that "In reference to this NIT, all the eligibility documents essential to be eligible for this NIT have been submitted in the first envelope of the NIT bearing no. .................... " (3) all eligiblity crieteria docuements shall be valid as on the date of NIT. 3.0 BID DOCUMENTS: 3.1 The tender documents consisting of Specifications, Schedule of quantities of the work to be done and the set of terms & conditions of the contract to be complied with by the contractor whose tender may be accepted and all other relevant information/ documents pertaining to the work can be downloaded for quoting the tender from our website www.rajasthan.bsnl.co.in / www.tenders.gov.in/ www.bsnl.co.in. ALTERNATIVELY 3.2 The tender documents consisting of Specifications, Schedule of quantities of the work to be done and the set of terms & conditions of the contract to be complied with by the contractor, whose tender may be accepted and all other information / documents pertaining to the work will be open for inspection by tenderers and can be had from the Office ofSub-Divisional Engineer (E), BSNL,Electrical Sub- Division-III, Kota between 11:00Hrs to 16:00Hrs on every working day except on Sundays and public holidays. 3.3 The firms shall submit application for issue of tender documents on its printed letter- head along with following: Copies of the documents in support of fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per Clause- 2 (a) Copy of Chartered Accountant Certificate for turnover.(where ever applicable) (b) Copy of PAN card issued by Income Tax department. ( c ) Certificate about relative not working in BSNL Unit. (Performa as per annexure-I of Section-II) (d) Copy of GST Registration detail of the firm (e) Copy of EPF & ESI registration Certificate. (f) Copy of vailid Electrical License(exempted in case of specialized firms) (g) List of works completed of the requisite magnitude and testimonials of their satisfactory completion from the Department concerned from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.(where ever applicable) (h) Copy of power of attorney in accordance with relevent clause and authorization for executing the power of autorney as per para-21 (if applicable ) (i) Cost of Tender documents Rs 177.00 (Non Refundable) 3.4 The cost of tender documents deposited along with application for tender issue shall not be refunded, even if bidder is found ineligible for issue of tender documents. CONTRACTOR THIS NIT CONTAINS 109 NUMBER OF PAGES SDE(E) Page 4 of 109 3.5 The tender docments shall not be issued/sent through Post/Courier. The tender documents shall not be received by tender opening authority through Post/ Courier and are 3.6 required to be dropped in tender box available with tender opening authority. 4.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: 4.1 The tenderer shall submit the original computer printout of the tender documents downloaded from the internet. The photo copy shall not be accepted. 4.2 The bids shall be submitted in two Nos. sealed Envelopes marked as Cover-1st and Cover - 2nd. Both the cover should be seprate and they should not be enclosed in common 3rd cover. Name of work, Name of tenderer and last date of receipt of tenders should be mention on each Envelope. 4.3 Envelope - 1 shall contain following documents (a to h) and Envelope superscribed Cover - 1st ( EMD, Eligibility documents etc.) , Name of work, name of tenderer and last date of receipt of tenders. a) Cost of bid documents (which shall not be refunded, even if bidder is found ineligible for opening of further envelopes of tender documents) in the form of a Demand Draft of a scheduled Bank or Nationalized Bank /State Bank guaranteed by Reserve Bank of India drawn in favour of A.O. (Cash) BSNL, O/o GMTD, Kota (In case tender documents are downloaded from the internet) b) Earnest money in the form of CDR/FDR/DD/BG of a scheduled Bank or Nationalized Bank /State Bank guaranteed by Reserve Bank of India drawn in favour of A.O. Hadouti region is a geographical region located in the south-eastern part of the state of Rajasthan. In which at present there are 15 tehsils and in the research paper all these 15 tehsils have been considered as the unit of study. In the present paper, the data of rural and urban population growth in Hadouti region from the year 1971 to 2011 was analysed and the changes in the growth of rural and urban population in all the tehsils between 1971 and 2011 have been explained through the map.

University of Kota, (Rajasthan), INDIA. *Corresponding Author Email: [email protected] ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT This review highlights the study made for identification of the soil characteristics influencing on the blast disease in the rice fields of Bundi district, Rajasthan (India). Physiochemical analysis like pH, EC, Carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium contents were tested. The pH of soil ranges from 7.14 to 8.28. EC ranges between 220 s to 430s. O C ranges from 0.37 to 0.85%. Nitrogen content varied from .035% to .087%. Phosphorus ranges from .28kg/ha to .65kg/ha. Potassium ranges between 350kg/ha to 396kg/ha. Alkaline pH, high concentration of salt, organic carbon, nitrogen and low concentration of potassium and phosphorous, infects the plant health leads to the blast disease in bundi district, mainly observed in keshavrai patan. Plants obtain all the nutrients, and most of their water, from the soil. Soil quality is one of the important factors controlling yields of the crops. Soil characterization in relation to evaluation of health status of the plants of an area or region is an important aspect in context of sustainable agriculture production .

    Rationing the Commons∗ Nicholas Ryanyand Anant Sudarshanz June 24, 2020 Abstract Common resources may be managed with inefficient policies for the sake of equity. We study how rationing the commons shapes the efficiency and equity of resource use, in the context of agricultural groundwater use in Rajasthan, India. We find that rationing binds on input use, such that farmers, despite trivial prices for water extraction, use roughly the socially optimal amount of water on average. The rationing regime is still grossly inefficient, because it misallo- cates water across farmers, lowering productivity. Pigouvian reform would increase agricultural surplus by 12% of household income, yet fall well short of a Pareto improvement over rationing. 1 Introduction Our economic ideals for managing common resources do not seem to be widely used. Pricing the social costs of resource use, or laying down clear property rights, can each lead to the efficient use of the commons (Pigou, 1932; Coase, 1960). Despite the efficiency and generality of these policies, they are often not put into practice, even as many common resources around the globe are being depleted (Daily et al., 2000; Walker et al., 2009; Newell, Pizer and Raimi, 2014). A main reason why these ideal regimes may not be adopted is their neglect for equity among users of the commons. At a local scale, the institutions that succeed in governing the commons balance efficiency and equity (Ostrom, 1990). But these local institutions cannot scale to meet large commons problems with heterogeneous users (Dietz, Ostrom and Stern, 2003; Ostrom, 2009).
