GENERAL The bidder must possess the following requirements. It is clarified that the offer of those bids who do not qualify the following requirements shall not be entertained and the same shall be considered as disqualified. It is also intimated that merely meeting the following requirements does not indicate that the bidders shall be shortlisted for opening of financial bid. The short listing shall be made considering all the technical & commercial parameters furnished by the bidder along with the technical offer. 2. ELIGIBILITY a. The Bidder should possess class “A/ B” Electrical license issued by Electrical Inspectorate of Govt. of Rajasthan. If the bidder owns a license other than Rajasthan state, then he will have to obtain it within one month after award of contract, failing which award may be cancelled. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- duly attested by Notary Public, to this effect is to be along with bid. b. The Bidder must be registered with any Govt. Department (State/Central/Power Utilities). c. The Bidder should be an Electrical Contractor who regularly undertakes electrical project and has adequate technical knowledge and practical experience of similar nature of works. The bid shall be evaluated on the following qualification criterion. Any bidder if fails in any criterion shall be considered as disqualified. d. The bidder must not be blacklisted/ debarred / under business relation severed by any state/ Central Govt./PSU /Power utilities on the date of bid submission. The Bidder should provide an undertaking (Self certificate) in prescribed format in this regard. Prescribed format is enclosed at schedule- 1. WORK EXPERIENCE i If bidder is a CLRC registered contractors in any category with JVVNL should have experience of electrical erection works/ operation & maintenance of 33/11 KV Sub-Stations or higher voltage class during last Five Financial years from date of opening of Bid i.e. from Financial Year 2014 -15 to Financial Year 2018-19 in any of the Discoms. The Bidders experience of electrical erection works / operation & maintenance of 33/11 KV GSS and higher voltage class shall be counted cumulative (Sum of best three years) of last five preceding financial years and their value should not be less than 50 % of the cost of lots for which bidder has quoted. ii If any bidder who is not registered in JVVNL should have at least 1.5 Years/18 Months (Gross), successful experience with minimum 12 month continuous experience for operation & maintenance of 33/11 KV Sub-Stations or higher voltage class in last Five preceding Financial from date of opening of Bid i.e. from Financial Year 2014 -15 to Financial Year 2018-19 in any of the Discoms. The Bidders experience of operation & maintenance of 33/11 KV GSS shall be counted cumulative (Sum of best three years) of last five preceding financial years and should not be less than 50 % of the Quantity of GSS for which bidder has quoted. iii The copies of the relevant detailed work orders should be enclosed regarding above work experience. The „G‟ Schedule / reports indicating various activities of works executed should also be enclosed along with satisfactorily work completion 5 certificates, issued by concerned officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in case of in any of the Discoms. TURN OVER a. The Bidder should have Minimum Annual Turnover (MAT) not less than 50 % value of estimated cost of LOT, for which bidder quoted, in any one year of last three financial years.

Hadouti region is a geographical region located in the south-eastern part of the state of Rajasthan. In which at present there are 15 tehsils and in the research paper all these 15 tehsils have been considered as the unit of study. In the present paper, the data of rural and urban population growth in Hadouti region from the year 1971 to 2011 was analysed and the changes in the growth of rural and urban population in all the tehsils between 1971 and 2011 have been explained through the map.

University of Kota, (Rajasthan), INDIA. *Corresponding Author Email: [email protected] ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT This review highlights the study made for identification of the soil characteristics influencing on the blast disease in the rice fields of Bundi district, Rajasthan (India). Physiochemical analysis like pH, EC, Carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium contents were tested. The pH of soil ranges from 7.14 to 8.28. EC ranges between 220 s to 430s. O C ranges from 0.37 to 0.85%. Nitrogen content varied from .035% to .087%. Phosphorus ranges from .28kg/ha to .65kg/ha. Potassium ranges between 350kg/ha to 396kg/ha. Alkaline pH, high concentration of salt, organic carbon, nitrogen and low concentration of potassium and phosphorous, infects the plant health leads to the blast disease in bundi district, mainly observed in keshavrai patan. Soil characterization in relation to evaluation of health status of the plants of an area or region is an important aspect in context of sustainable agriculture production .

    Rationing the Commons∗ Nicholas Ryanyand Anant Sudarshanz June 24, 2020 Abstract Common resources may be managed with inefficient policies for the sake of equity. We study how rationing the commons shapes the efficiency and equity of resource use, in the context of agricultural groundwater use in Rajasthan, India. We find that rationing binds on input use, such that farmers, despite trivial prices for water extraction, use roughly the socially optimal amount of water on average. The rationing regime is still grossly inefficient, because it misallo- cates water across farmers, lowering productivity. Pigouvian reform would increase agricultural surplus by 12% of household income, yet fall well short of a Pareto improvement over rationing. 1 Introduction Our economic ideals for managing common resources do not seem to be widely used. Pricing the social costs of resource use, or laying down clear property rights, can each lead to the efficient use of the commons (Pigou, 1932; Coase, 1960). Despite the efficiency and generality of these policies, they are often not put into practice, even as many common resources around the globe are being depleted (Daily et al., 2000; Walker et al., 2009; Newell, Pizer and Raimi, 2014). A main reason why these ideal regimes may not be adopted is their neglect for equity among users of the commons. At a local scale, the institutions that succeed in governing the commons balance efficiency and equity (Ostrom, 1990). But these local institutions cannot scale to meet large commons problems with heterogeneous users (Dietz, Ostrom and Stern, 2003; Ostrom, 2009).
