We help all people – regardless of their political, ethnic, national and religious affiliation. ASB has been actively involved in the provision of humanitarian aid since the beginning of the refugee crisis through the implementation of humanitarian aid projects in Germany, Slovenia, Serbia, FYRoM and decided to expand its activities to Greece upon the outbreak of the crisis in this country. ASB Greece office has officially been opened in June 2016, Focusing on the provision of Humanitarian Aid to refugees / migrants. In 2017 ASB Greece has built the technical facilities and shelters We acknowledge all terms and conditions of Tender №: GR_IOA_001_2021 page 1 Duly authorized to sign the Quotation for and on behalf of (Stamp) (Name, position)(Location, date)(Signature) for the Diavata camp and it is currently operating the Site Management Support (SMS) role at this site. In 2018, ASB Greece took over also 3 camps in Epirus Region (Katsikas, Filippiada and Doliana). In 2019, ASB is continuing funded by the European Union, with the same capacity, yet adding Protection and Non-Formal Education along with the previous activities. In 2020 ASB with the funding of the Directorate - General for Migration and Home Affairs of the European Union (DG HOME) and in coordination with IOM is implementing the Program “Supporting the Greek Authorities in Managing the National Reception System for Asylum Seekers and Vulnerable Migrants (SMS)”. ASB will continue supporting the Greek authorities into 2021 with the funding of DG HOME and in coordination with IOM. ASB country office is based in Thessaloniki, while the Epirus branch office is in Ioannina. Deal and Strategic Objectives The overall goal of the proposed activities is to ensure efficiency, consistency, and emergency preparedness to cover the needs of population in open accommodation facility, Filippiada, Epirus region. Performing by humanitarian hygiene standards eliminating hygiene risk factors; In 2021’s implementation period ASB invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for Desludging Services through a six (6) months Service contract from 1st of January 2021 till 30th of June 2021 with the possibility of extension for another six (6) months with the offer prices remaining the same. To this regard, desludging services was elected as the optimal method to fulfil the goal above based on projects subject to funds. Specific Objectives ASB has undertook the responsibility of providing Desludging Services in Filippiada. The duration of the signed service contract will be for six (6) months from 1st of January 2021 till 30th of June 2021 with the possibility of extension for another six (6) months with the annual offer prices remaining the same. Any extension will be implemented through a written extension agreement, after written communication in advance The aim of this Invitation for Quotation (ITQ) is to hire Service Provider for provision of Desludging Services in the Open Accommodation Facility in Filippiada located at Former military base Petropoulaki as indicated in Scope of Works in pages 5-10. For the purpose of this ITQ the term “Desludging Services” will be used as a reference to all type of services listed in the Scope of Works. The Desludging Services will be provided throughout the term of a service contract signed between ASB and the selected Service Provider. The Service Provider will abide by all applicable laws of Greece to ensure the Services are provided in a safe and hygienic manner and that used cleaning materials and supplies are free of any substances substandard, unsafe or non-compliant to accepted sanitary standards. Instructions to suppliers: 1.1 All Desludging Service Providers/companies that are based within Greece are eligible to submit a Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal for the services required. The proposal shall be the basis for service contract negotiations and ultimately for a signed a service contract with the selected Desludging Service Provider. 1.2 All Desludging Service Providers should familiarize themselves with local conditions and take them into We acknowledge all terms and conditions of Tender №: GR_IOA_001_2021 page 2 Duly authorized to sign the Quotation for and on behalf of (Stamp) (Name, position)(Location, date)(Signature) account in preparing the proposal. It is recommended for Desludging Service Providers to visit the open accommodation facility before submitting a proposal. 1.3 The Desludging Service Providers costs for preparing the proposal and for negotiating the service contract, including visit/s to the ASB, are not reimbursable as a direct cost of the assignment. 1.4 All Desludging Service Providers shall not be hired for any assignment that would conflict with their prior or current obligations to other procuring entities, or that may place them in a position of not being able to carry out the assignment in the best interest of the ASB. 1.5 ASB is not bound to accept any proposal and reserves the right to annul the selection process at any time prior to service contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the Desludging ServiceProviders.
