Hello Everyone! Hello Winter in South Florida! As we look forward to a NEW YEAR…2019, let’s take time to reflect on just how great our property looks at Kings Point and what will be happening for the next few months. First, many of you have asked “WHY” is the Main Clubhouse Pool and Guest Pool under renovation during the winter season? As you may have heard, the Flanders Clubhouse and Pool will be closing in late April, 2019 for a total renovation. The Main Clubhouse Pool and Guest Pool was in need of a new pool deck (pavers will be installed) and major gas line repaired as well as drainage. If the repair for the Main Clubhouse Pool and Guest Pool was postponed until Spring of 2019, then both the Main Clubhouse Pools and the Flanders Pool would have been closed at the same time, leaving the community with only two pools…Monaco Pool and Burgundy Pool open for the summer. The Kings Point Board of Directors, along with Vesta Property Services, thought long and hard about this decision, but felt it was in the best interest overall to attend to the much needed gas line repair and only close one major pool facility at a time during the summer months. We certainly hope you understand this hard decision. Just a reminder for those of you that did not revalidate your identification card during the revalidation period, December 1, 2017 – November 30, 2018, the charge for the new identification card is now $60.00. The new cards are part of our enhanced security program, which includes the deployment of handheld scanners at select clubhouse and pool entrances. The old identification cards will not work with the handheld scanners. All old identification cards will be confiscated by Kent Security. Please be sure to visit the newly renovated Monaco Clubhouse! The blues and silvers were chosen to reflect the water and sky of Sunny South Florida! The newly remodeled interior coordinates perfectly with the bright, blue pool umbrellas, bringing the outdoor - in! While you are out and about, head over to the Main Clubhouse as well! It is a “work in progress” right now, but reflects the same positive, happy feeling of the Monaco Clubhouse. There are sample decorator boards posted for everyone’s viewing, so you can see the anticipated final product. We are sure you will be pleased!

If you have any questions/comments, or have any ideas as to how you would like to improve services, please feel free to give us a call at 561-499-3335.

Wishing Everyone a Happy, Healthy 2019! Lisa Manzione Vice President/Vesta Property Services, Inc. East Coast Division President Director/Kings Point Recreation Area
