Toimintakertomus 2019 Kuva: Ready4Bisnes -koulutusristeily 6.10.2019 Härkätien 4H-yhdistys ry 1 HÄRKÄTIEN 4H-YHDISTYKSEN TOIMINTAKERTOMUS 2019 HÄRKÄTIEN 4H-YHDISTYS 4H-yhdistyksen toimintaa ohjaavat järjestön yhteinen päämäärä, toiminta- ajatus, arvot ja toimintaperiaatteet. Sääntöjen mukaisesti Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen tarkoituksena on 4H- nuorisotyön avulla 1. voimistaa nuorten omatoimisuutta, yritteliäisyyttä ja käytännön taitojen hallintaa; 2. tukea nuorten terveitä elämäntapoja, kestävän kehityksen kunnioittamista sekä kansainvälistymistä; 3. edistää nuorten elämänhallintaa ja ehkäistä heidän syrjäytymistään; 4. edistää nuorten ja heidän perheidensä hyvinvointia 4H-yhdistys on rekisteröity 30.8.1958 yhdistysrekisteriin. Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen nimenmuutoksesta on päätetty 1971, jota siksi pidetään Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen perustamisvuotena. Käyntiosoite on Härkätie 773, 21490 Marttila. Y-tunnus on 0502306-8. Vuosi 2019 oli siis 4H-yhdistyksen 48. toimintavuosi. JÄSENET 4H-yhdistyksellä oli vuonna 2019 -yhteensä 274 nuorisojäsentä (264 / 2018), joista valtakunnallisen jäsenmaksun maksaneita jäseniä oli 185 (189 /2018) -4H-toiminnassa säännöllisesti mukana olevia muita nuoria oli 130 (161/2018) eli 4H-toimintaan osallistuneita nuoria oli yhteensä 404 (425/2018) -yhteensä 40 aikuisjäsentä (36 / 2018), joista valtakunnallisen jäsenmaksun maksaneita jäseniä oli 34 (27/2018) - 11 kannattajajäsentä (12 / 2018) 4H-yhdistyksen nuorisojäsenistä tyttöjä oli 72 % ja poikia 28 % (72, %7 t, 27,3 % p/2018) Nuorisojäsenten ikä on 6- 28v ja keski-ikä oli 11,9 vuotta (11,45 /2018). Heitä ei ole laskettu tilastojen mukaisiksi 4H-jäseniksi eikä muiksi säännöllisesti toimintaan osallistuneiksi nuoriksi. Kokouksessa jaettiin stipendejä ja palkintoja nuorille ja vapaaehtoisille vuoden 2018 toiminnasta. Hallitus kokoontui vuoden aikana kuusi kertaa ja päätöspykäliä kertyi toimintavuoden aikana yhteensä 72. Vuoden aikana osallistuttiin ja edustettiin 4H-yhdistystä seuraavissa tapahtumissa: - Lions Club Auran 50 -vuotisvastaanotolla 2.1.2019 4H-yhdistystä edustivat yhdistyksen puheenjohtaja Janne Sipilä ja kerhonohjaaja Anna-Sofia Holppi - 4H-luottamushenkilöseminaariin Tuorlassa 27.4.2019 osallistuivat Pia Hirvensalo ja Jouko Hirvensalo. - 4H-yhdistys järjesti kuntayhteistyöneuvottelun Marttilan kunnanvirastolla 20.5.2019 ja siellä Suomen 4H-liittoa edusti Aino Tonttila ja mukana oli edustajia Aurasta, 3 Koskelta Tl, Marttilasta ja Pöytyältä - Marttilan vapaa-aikasihteeri Kirsti Keskitaloa muistettiin kukkasilla ja lahjakortilla hänen viettäessään eläköitymisjuhlaa 10.9.2019 Toiminnanjohtaja Tuovi Löytynoja on valittu yhdeksi 4H-yhdistyksien luottamusmieheksi kaudelle 2019-2020. Vuoden 2019 ansioista muistamiset julkaistaan Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen sääntömääräisessä kokouksessa keväällä 2020. Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen toimialueeseen kuuluvat Aura, Koski TL, Marttila, Liedon Tarvasjoki ja osa Pöytyän kuntaa. 4 TOIMINNAN TAVOITTEET JA OHJAUS Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen toiminta vuonna 2017 perustui edustajakokouksen hyväksymään kolmivuotiseen strategiaan Ote muutokseen ja tulevaisuuteen – strategia 2017-2019, marraskuussa 2018 Suomen 4H-liiton kanssa käytyyn tuloskeskusteluun ja 4H-yhdistyksen sääntömääräisen kokouksen hyväksymään toimintasuunnitelmaan ja talousarvioon. TOIMINTA 4H-NUORISOTOIMINTA 4H-järjestössä tuotetaan "Kolme askelta työelämään" -toimintaa. Kerhoissa opitaan vuorovaikutusta ja arjentaitoja. Kursseilla ja muissa oppimistapahtumissa omaksutaan työtaitoja ja pelisääntöjä, joita hyödynnetään työelämässä. 4H-yrittäjänä nuori voi testata omaa ideaansa tai harrastustaan ja samalla oppia yrittäjyyttä. Sopimustoimintaa kuntien kanssa yhteistyössä oli seuraavasti: - leiriohjaustyö Puuhaleirillä Savojärvellä Auran ja Liedon kuntien kanssa - Iltapäiväkerhojen ohjelman sisällön tuottaminen kahdelle askartelukerholle ja seitsemälle kokkikerhoryhmälle Marttilan kunnan kanssa - leiriohjelman tuottaminen kesäleireille Kakarlammella sekä leiriemännän ja yövalvojan tehtävät leireillä Pöytyän kunnan kanssa Muut sopimusluonteiset yhteistyömuodot Auranmaan Osuuspankki ovat tukeneet Ajokortti työelämään -valmennusta yläkoululaisille. Valmennuspäiviä on järjestetty keväällä Auran Yhtenäiskoulun ja Elisenvaaran koulun 9. luokille sekä Kosken Seudun 8.luokkalaisille ja syksyllä taas uusille Kosken Seudun 8.luokkalaisille. Emäntäkoulun kannatusyhdistys on tukenut lasten ja nuorten ruokakasvatusta ja sen puitteissa on avustettu kokkikerho- ja kursseja. NUORTEN OMATOIMISUUDEN TUKEMINEN Nuorten ideat ja toiveet otetaan kaikessa toiminnassa huomioon ja työtilaisuuksia ja oppimisen paikkoja tarjotaan hyvin eri kehitysvaiheissa oleville nuorille mm. ohjaustehtäviä ja tapahtumien avustajina. Hankkeet osaltaan mahdollistavat nuorten omatoimisuuden vahvistamista ja uusien innovaatioiden kehittämistyötä. HANKKEET Valmista nuoren ideasta -kehittämishanke 1.9.2018 -30.6.2020 Nuorten aktiivisuutta ja omia projekteja on tuettu Valmista nuoren ideasta -hankkeen tuella. Hanke on Leader -hanke. Nuoret ovat kimpassa kokeilleet heitä kiinnostavia asioita ja järjestäneet retkiä, tapahtumia kerho- ja kurssitoimintaa sekä myyntitilaisuuksia omille tuotteilleen ja palveluilleen. Vuoden aikana nuoret järjestivät 18 tapahtumaa 67 nuoren voimin. Digipalvelut ja media osana Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen toimintaa 2025 Aluehallintoviraston 2-vuotisella ( 2019 -2020) rahoituksella kehitetään Härkätien 4H-yhdistyksen digitaalisen nuorisotyön muotoja ja lisätään tapahtumien näkyvyyttä yhdessä kerholaisten, ohjaajien,4H-hallituksen ja yhteistyökumppaneiden kanssa. In 1998 EEA published Guidelines for the implementation of the EUROWATERNET monitoring network for inland waters. In every Member Country a monitoring network should be designed according to these Guidelines and put into operation. Together these national networks will form the EUROWATERNET monitoring network that will provide information on the quantity and quality of European inland waters. In the future they will be developed to meet the requirements of the EU Water Framework Directive. This publication presents the Finnish EUROWATERNET monitoring network put into operation from the first of January, 2000. It includes a total of 195 river sites, 253 lake sites and 74 hydrological baseline sites. Groundwater monitoring network will be developed later. In addition, information about Finnish water resources and current monitoring strategies is given. Introduction Commercial producers have long seen the advantage of branding their products, and the idea of discovering or creating uniqueness also attracts the leaders and governments of countries, states and cities (aShWorth 2009). However, traditional product marketing framework has proved to be inadequate for places; therefore, place branding has rather leaned on corporate branding. Place branding is a long-term, strategic process that requires continuity, and these actions take time to be recognised (KavaratZIS 2009). As generally recognised not only in onomastics but also in marketing, a name can be seen as the core of a brand. Therefore, a place name is the core of a place brand. Having a name is having an identity. A brand name has functions that can be regarded as sources of brand equity, and name changes have proved to cause discomfort and distress amongst consumers (e.g. RounD–RoPER 2012, BRoWn 2016). The name of a place – having stayed unchanged – has traditionally represented permanence and stability and could be regarded as the place’s memory (BASSO 1996, hEllElanD 2009). Referring to lauRa koSTanSki (2016) and her theory of toponymic attachment, place names carry strong emotional and functional attachments. This theory is very important also regarding place branding. According to GRAHAM et al. (2000), heritage can be defined as the past and future in the present. Accordingly, place heritage is heritage which is bound up with physical space that is a place. As for the concept of place, it is a named space (lÉVi-STRauSS 1962).

A high proportion utilise traditional pro- duction methods, emphasising local identity and distinctiveness, thereby differentiating products and servicing niche or segmented markets. Such enterprises frequently integrate with other sectors of the local economy, such as raw material suppliers, distributors, tour- ism and catering, thereby enhancing local activity. Thus the assessment and development of food supply chains from rural small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is crucial, not only from the perspective of SME performance but also for the economic health of the region. The development of marketing and distribution systems for products from SMEs is one of the most essential activities of business operations. A critical problem for many rural SMEs is market access. Distance from major population centres, low output volume and the dispersed nature of enterprises add to the dilemma. The objective of this report is to review and evaluate the factors infl uencing supply chain development and performance in Finland, their likely evolution, and their impact on small-scale food enterprises and rural development in terms of benefi ts and problems.

    Research on Finnish Society Vol. 11 (2018), pp. 24-43 Political areas of competition in Southwest Finland: A cluster analysis of parliamentary election data from three levels of aggregation Lasse Nurmi and Tommi Meskanen Abstract This research utilizes the methods of geography, mathematics and political ecology to outline the political areas and to define the profiles of political competition within the region of Southwest Finland using parliamentary election results from the 2010s. Additionally the research investigates the areal concentration and dispersion of support for the par- liamentary parties and the effect of the regional level of aggregation to the concentration of the political support. Our research questions are: (1) are there distinctive political areas in Southwest Finland? And (2) can political areas of stable and unstable competition patterns be identified by investigating election results over time? Using cluster analysis and map visualizations we show that there are distinctive political areas of competition to be found in contemporary Southwest Finland and that the map of political support changes significantly at the municipal and polling district levels. Keywords: electoral geography, cluster analysis, parliamentary elections, political areas Introduction This study has both theoretical and practical aims: (1) we test cluster analysis as a means of describing the competition constellations between parties, and (2) through cluster analysis and studying electoral support on different levels of aggregation we provide information about the diversity of party support. This information can be used, for example, to decide at which geographical area it would be useful to allocate campaign resources for maximum impact, and what kinds of candidates a party should recruit to increase its support in areas of low support.
