Provide copies of all strategic plans, analyses or models for switched digital video ("SDV") deployment on any of the Company's Cable Systems. Any responsive documents have been produced herewith. In the response submitted on June 11,2010, Comcast indicated tbat there were 224 communities that have requested or agreed to digital PEG carriage. The lower number here reflects the fact that certain FCC registered communities that were counted in the June 11,2010, response are in unincorporated areas or other areas that are not separately franchised communities. The number ofcommunities responsive to this question will vary depending on the definition of "community." In this response, Comcast has attempted to present the information in a way that is most helpful to the Commission by focusing on franchised communities. - 102 - APPENDIX A State/Region Exhibit Alabama 2.1 Arizona 2.2 Arkansas 2.3 California 2.4 Colorado 2.5 Florida 2.6 Georgia 2.7 Idaho 2.8 Illinois 2.9 Indiana 2.10 Kansas 2.11 Kentucky 2.12 Louisiana 2.13 Maryland, Delaware, and District ofColumbia 2.14 Michigan 2.15 Minnesota 2.16 Mississippi 2.17 Missouri 2.18 Monlana 2.19 New England 2.20 New Jersey 2.21 New Mexico 2.22 New York 2.23 North Carolina 2.24 North Dakota 2.25 Ohio 2.26 Oregon 2.27 Pennsylvania 2.28 South Carolina 2.29 South Dakota 2.30 02-COM-00000039 StateIRegioD Exhibit Tennessee 2.31 T..as 2.32 Utah 2.33 Virginia 2.34 Washington 2.35 West Virginia 2,36 Wisconsin 2,37 Wyoming 2.38 2 02-COM-00000040 APPENDIXB Comcast FCC Information and Discovery Request MB Docket No. 10-56 Exhibit 3.3 CABLE MVPDs IN COMCAST FOOTPRINT (BY STATE AND COUNTY) ~ $till. These efforts to hinder significantly or prevent the operator from providing this programming are not only prohibited by 47 U.S.C. 548(b), but are particularly egregious because they are taken against the only terrestrial competitor to Comcast’s cable systems in the areas served by the cable operator. It was only after the Comcast regional sports networks extracted a payment of approximately $2.4 million and a promise to pay even more on an ongoing basis – amounts far in excess of what would have been required by the distribution agreements, was the imminent threat to withhold the services withdrawn.
