Author: Saitou Nanami Title: Love in the Time of the Vespa Part: 1 of ? Summary: When my parents return to Japan, I decide to remain in the U.S. Living with the family of my best friend. The story follows events as our relationship deepens into a ro mantic entanglement. Keywords: hs, ff, rom, pett, nosex Language: English Revision: 24a WARNING: This story contains adult situations and homosexual themes involving relationships between minors. If you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18 or 21), if the content contained within is considered contraband in your jurisdiction, or if access to such materials is counter-indicated in the Terms of Service provided to you by your Internet Service Provider, please read no further than this paragraph prior to discard ing and heuristically, or physically destroying this file. A note from the author: Be a patriot of the human condition and commit a thought crime daily, you may have less time than you think left to do so. I want to thank Moloko, IAMX, and Goldfrapp for keeping me focused, and to thank Konno Oyuki, and Yazawa Ai for bringing depth to a shal low genre, but most importantly I want to thank my friend and confidant Summer for poking her fingers through my massive plot holes. This was written in Notepad++ using the speech plug-in to aid in revision. Spell checking, was done with GNU Aspell. I encourage, welcome, appreciate, and intend to respond to: comments, questions, criti cism, praise, flattery, encouragement, and abuse, just not necessarily very rapidly (this includes correcting my crappy romanji, as I am the first to admit I suck at Japanese XD).

  • Names of Chinese People in Singapore
101 Lodz Papers in Pragmatics 7.1 (2011): 101-133 DOI: 10.2478/v10016-011-0005-6 Lee Cher Leng Department of Chinese Studies, National University of Singapore ETHNOGRAPHY OF SINGAPORE CHINESE NAMES: RACE, RELIGION, AND REPRESENTATION Abstract Singapore Chinese is part of the Chinese Diaspora. This research shows how Singapore Chinese names reflect the Chinese naming tradition of surnames and generation names, as well as Straits Chinese influence. The names also reflect the beliefs and religion of Singapore Chinese. More significantly, a change of identity and representation is reflected in the names of earlier settlers and Singapore Chinese today. This paper aims to show the general naming traditions of Chinese in Singapore as well as a change in ideology and trends due to globalization. Keywords Singapore, Chinese, names, identity, beliefs, globalization. 1. Introduction When parents choose a name for a child, the name necessarily reflects their thoughts and aspirations with regards to the child. These thoughts and aspirations are shaped by the historical, social, cultural or spiritual setting of the time and place they are living in whether or not they are aware of them. Thus, the study of names is an important window through which one could view how these parents prefer their children to be perceived by society at large, according to the identities, roles, values, hierarchies or expectations constructed within a social space. Goodenough explains this culturally driven context of names and naming practices: Department of Chinese Studies, National University of Singapore The Shaw Foundation Building, Block AS7, Level 5 5 Arts Link, Singapore 117570 e-mail: [email protected] 102 Lee Cher Leng Ethnography of Singapore Chinese Names: Race, Religion, and Representation Different naming and address customs necessarily select different things about the self for communication and consequent emphasis.

I analyze how these fictional images of fans participate in larger mass media and academic discourses about otaku and fujoshi, and how even self-produced reflections of fan identity are defined by the combination of larger normative discourses and market demands.

  • JUMP WISH-LIST Rules/Notes: Settings
JUMP WISH-LIST Rules/Notes: ● This list is solely for settings that don’t have jumps made yet. ● No jumps you want to see redone, I’m not going to go down this path. If there is any such setting mentioned on list, then as soon as it is pointed out to me, I’ll remove it. ● Settings already claimed will be either removed from list or have claim noted. I’ll accept info about claims only from the jump-maker who claimed it. ● I hope to maintain this list in such way that /tg/, SB and QQ communities can all check it out. If you don’t like something on it, just ignore it. After all, if jump is being made doesn’t mean you have to use it. Furthermore, we all have different tastes, be mindful of that. ● Fanfics will be listed separately. Some people like the idea of such jumps, some don’t. I might end up removing this section altogether just because it is so difficult to decide if certain fanfic would be acceptable for being turned into jump or not. ● Settings will be listed alphabetically within a genre, by their official name. Any other names will be included after that one. Please include genre and medium with any suggestions (e.g. KultHorror - Tabletop RPG; The Culture - Science Fiction - Novel) ● Rule of thumb – recommend settings that you would want to visit in order to interact with characters and storylines, not in order to get specific perks/powers/items. Settings: 0-9 ● 100, The (SF - TV Series) ● 300 (movies) ● 3x3 Eyes (manga) ● 7th Heaven (TV series) ● 9 (movie) ● 100 Bullets (vertigo) ● 11eyes (VN/anime) ● 2 Broke Girls (TV Series)

  • Decay Behaviors of Possible Λcc¯ States in Hadronic Molecule Pictures
PHYSICAL REVIEW D 100, 056006 (2019) Decay behaviors of possible Λcc¯ states in hadronic molecule pictures † ‡ Chao-Wei Shen ,1,* Jia-Jun Wu,1, and Bing-Song Zou1,2,3, 1University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), Beijing 100049, China 2Key Laboratory of Theoretical Physics, Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100190, China 3School of Physics, Central South University, Changsha 410083, China (Received 12 June 2019; published 11 September 2019) ΛÃ ¼ −1 Ã In 2010, cc¯ states were predicted as the strange number S partners of Ncc¯ , which are well known now as the Pc states and observed experimentally by the LHCb Collaboration. We analyze the decay behaviors of Λcc¯ as S-wave hadronic molecules within the effective Lagrangian framework by a similar method, which has been applied on Pc states successfully. With partial widths of possible decay channels calculated, we find that Λcc¯ ð4213Þ and Λcc¯ ð4403Þ, which are formed as pseudoscalar meson baryon molecules, mainly decay to the ηcΛ channel. For the two vector meson baryon molecule states, our results P 1− P 3− show that the total decay width with J ¼ 2 is by one order of magnitude larger than that with J ¼ 2 . Ã− þ ¯ Ã The decay patterns and relative decay ratios are very different for Λcc¯ ð4370Þ being a Ds Λc or D Ξc ¯ ðÞ ð;0Þ molecule state. The main decay channels of Λcc¯ ð4550Þ are D Ξc because of the pseudoscalar meson ¯ Ã exchange mechanism. In addition, D Ξc is the dominant decay channel of Λcc¯ ð4490Þ, which is assumed as ¯ ΞÃ ΛÃ a D c bound state.
